Just the escape we were looking for!
This was a perfect break from the hustle and bustle for us. We felt totally alone but still very taken care of. Property is gorgeous. Town had all the amenities. Beautiful area to explore. We really loved our stay.

Sperryville farm and cottage
Lovely home on a lovely property. Everything about this listing lived up to our expectations. We had a great stay and enjoyed walking the dogs around the property, exploring Sperryville and the surrounding area, and dining at the many great restaurants in Sperryville and Washington, VA. We hope to visit again the summer.

We loved our getaway to this spot. It was clean, very well appointed and just felt luxurious. Wish the pool/hot tub would have remained open for our stay, but loved it nonetheless. We’ll be back!

Truly Amazing Property
Beautiful house sitting on an amazing property! Owner was friendly and responsive. The pool and spa/hot tub were even working for us in late November. Not sure I’ve ever seen a better home gym in a rental property - Peloton bikers make sure to bring your shoes! We have already booked our next stay, and look forward to returning.
