This original Folly home circa 1927 has breath -taking front beach views with a porch designed to spend all your time relaxing. My little Cottage is perfect for a relaxed, laid-back stay with a total coastal feel. You can enjoy surfing, biking, swimming, great dining and beautiful walks on the beach. After a day on the beach you can step into the private outdoor shower. You won’t have to go far to hear the ocean at night. This home is offered only a few months each year . I’m inviting you to come stay !

The host went out of her way for making our stay very comfortable. The place was spotless and it was like living in someone’s home all the kitchen items and everything else was so well thought out. I will definitely stay there again. If traveling to Folly Beach I honestly can’t say enough good things about this house and host

The beach house, price and constant communication with the host has us planning our 3rd annual trip to Folly Beach-only if we can stay in the "million dollar view" cottage again! The views were breathtaking. The proximity to the beach and the quaint town with golf cart transportation and real small town beach vibes has us hooked.

This beachfront home is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Everything was very clean, and the kitchen was well supplied. And, of course, the ocean view is fabulous!! The host was very pleasant to work with and communicated well. We hope to return next year!

Amazing house!! The bed are the most countable beds of quite possibly any rental we’ve ever rented. The house is fully stocked - towels, beach towels, beach toys, kitchen, even a hand mixer! The porch is incredible and the house overall was great, we will be back for sure!

We could not have asked for a nicer place to stay on Folly Beach! The cottage is very clean & cozy, nicely decorated, plenty of parking, a huge deck on the back overlooking the beach, and directly on the beach! This was a family vacation. Everyone loved the house and it had everything you need. You can tell this property is loved by the owner. The attention in detail did not go unnoticed. Very warm house and I love the layout. None of the bedrooms share a wall. Nice little seating areas to space out.

My friend and I had the absolute best time at this property! It is amazing -- great everything. Goes without saying that the location and beachfront are AMAZING. And the house is great -- great, comfy beds and sheets, lots of towels, all amenities provided, etc. We only had one car, but driveway could fit many. Outside showers are great; all is great. We WILL be back!

This property was even better than we expected. The house was spotless, the beds and linens were all so comfortable. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked. The back deck overlooking the ocean was huge with ample, very comfortable furnishings. Someone did an incredible job decorating this house, the second you walked in it was an upbeat feel that made you smile and relax. We can’t wait to revisit this house next year!!

Thank you for viewing my little cottage. This house is special to me , it was built in 1927 one of the first houses built on Folly Beach . It’s an original to Folly with charm! My dad bought the house from his brother in 1965 .I was raised in this house and it was a time when everyone was a resident. I have wonderful memories of crabbing ,swimming, surfing and fires on the beach with my family. I was lucky enough to be able to keep this little cottage and renovated it for my children to enjoy. I’m opening it up this fall for you to enjoy too . I hope your stay is one you will never forget!

This house sits on the front beach with beautiful sunrises and sunsets.The outdoor shower is a dream and the front deck extends the length of the house. You will spend 80% of your time sitting on the the outside deck watching the surf and listening to the ocean.
