We were very happy with the accommodations. There was plenty of room for parking our vehicles and boats. Perfect location for back and forth to our event. The host went above and beyond to make sure everything was in order and answered messages every time very quick. We will definitely be using the listing for future trips.

Beautiful home in a great location. This home is full of amenities that fit the whole family. Games, pool, hot tub and the London Bridge 5 min away helped with an enjoyable and relaxing stay. Def would recommend. Neighborhood is quiet and home is near many restaurants and grocery stores, being very convenient. Host is attentive and responsive. Second time staying at this home and will continue to for all our Lake Havasu trips when available.

Allowed guests to check in early. Guests failed to read house description and house rules. My other reviews will speak for itself.
