Perfect location! Clean!

We thoroughly enjoyed this property. Spacious, clean, comfortable. Great location for us as we were in town for a UNR graduation.

Beautiful home in a perfect location

Host was polite and had good communication. The home is in a safe location and as mentioned in the listing, close to Wal-Mart and lots of fastfood places. It was a less than 10 minute drive to downtown Reno and a 30 minute drive to Mt. Rose. It was the perfect accommodation for my family, my sister's family, and my brother's family comfortably. The home is clean.

Overall, property was fine. Did not like that the thermostat was set at 58, and that it automatically reset to there at night.

Dear Bob, thanks for the feedback. In the welcome package and house rules, we have shared instructions and YouTube videos on how to set NEST temperature. All our guest can change the temperature as they wish. We have texted and messaged you the YouTube links on phone ad VRBO. NEST is automatically set to Eco mode because we try out best to be environmental concisions in the case that the house is vacant. I will also include the instruction in the Check In instructions so that there is it is more accessible to our guests.

Overall this was a great place to stay. There was access to many restaurants, casinos, and shopping. Our host Christina was very receptive to our needs, easy to get in touch with, and quick to resolve issues. My family and I enjoyed the accommodations and would definitely stay here again.

Had a great time!

Wonderful host and property. There was a small issue with VRBO not sending out the automated checkin info, but to owners responded immediately and was a great help. Would definitely book again.
