Our adorable 745 SQFT apartment is tucked away at the end of a cul de sac with a beautiful Pikes Peak view & is near many CO Springs attractions, grocery stores & shopping. You will be welcomed with a sparkling clean space & thoughtful touches including coffee, spices, & oil. The 2 bedrooms & 1 full bath have been freshly remodeled. Keeping your comfort in mind, we have included an LED Smart TV (w/YoutubeTV), radiant heat, private parking, & laundry (coin-op). We are excited to host your stay!

Clean and efficient apartment! The owner has provided many extras, such as board games, box fans, space heater, a few small children’s toys, Pak n Play, and many others that I have not seen before in my travels. It had a fully stocked kitchen and coffee bar, and they even provided a pasta making kit, in the off chance you want to stay in and eat one evening. Would definitely stay here again!

Good location especially if you need airport Comfortable beds, nice to have 2 rooms Could use more info for heating, big thumbs down if you need air very loud window units!! Also downstairs unit can hear people above, children jumping!! Manager and owner great to respond quickly…plenty of parking off street.

Beautiful accommodations

Our Virbo was very clean, bright & airy. It was modern yet homey feeling when walking in the bedrooms & bath. Travis & Tracy were very responsive to emails & gave good instructions for their Virbo. I would highly recommend booking with them if they have one available. Thank you from a first time Virbo guest! It was a wonderful stay!

Great Place To Stay!

Everything was wonderful! Would highly recommend staying here. We did a lot of cooking and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and cookware. Great view of Pike's Peak and even better that it was snow covered. I would give them an A++

View outside is gorgeous

Apartment was spacious. A few changes needed. Coffee table is nice but dangerous to have in such a small livingroom. Metal brakes on the wheels cut if you bump into it. Portable air conditioners don't work so great. Get regular units or central a/c. Coffee pot doesn't shut off automatically causing a possible fire hazard if forgotten on. Coin operated laundry. Not a plus.

Why they chose this property

We are located in an apartment neighborhood with great views, neighboring houses, a local golf course and Palmer Park which boasts some of the greatest mountain biking trails in CO. We are next to some of the best shopping in Co Springs along the Powers corridor.
This is the lower right unit of our four plex. The unit will be private to you, including the two bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen, dining room, and living room. The laundry facilities are open to all guests/tenants (coin-operated). The parking lot is sufficient for guests to bring up to two cars.
You may park in our dirt lot or carports 1, 2, or 4.
We hope it is the perfect home base for your adventures in Colorado Springs.
