New to the site. A great spacious home great for all the local attractions. A large private pool and patio area and access to the downstairs pool change / toilet. Downstairs you’ll find a games room for both children and adults. The living area has a Large TV with reclining sofas, great for relaxing after a fun filled day. The kitchen has a large cooker ice making freezer and a coffee machine along with everything else you’d expect. Upstairs you’ll find all the large and comfortable bedrooms. The master has a walk in closet and en-suite with a bath and shower. The queen bedroom has direct access to the main bathroom. Two other bedrooms are twins. All bedrooms have ample storage and closets space.
The community has a clubhouse which is 2 minutes walk which is free for guests to use. It hosts a large pool, jacuzzi and gym with free use of equipment, cinema area and games room! There is a small playground which is great for smaller children.
The house is within a small gated community so is quiet with safe roads. Right off the 192 and 27 it’s a super location for all restaurants and amenities. 15 minutes from Hollywood studios! 20 to Magic kingdom and other Disney parks! 30minutes to universal! Walmart and pretty much any takeout you can think of is within a 5 minute drive. A pub is just outside the gates which is an easy walk if you don’t want to drive out. There is also a national park a short drive away with some beautiful lakes and walks which we recommend seeing.
