What a lovely 1BR condo on the beach in beautiful Amelia Island. Decor was beachy, current, and comfortable. Perfect place for two to relax after a day at the beach. Patio chairs were comfy for morning coffee and relaxing for evening wine! I can't say enough positive things about our stay at this lovely place.Communication with the owners was outstanding and very professional.

We got married in 2010 and have been coming to the Island for many years now. Obviously we fell in love with this place the first time we visited! We are so excited to offer this property to our guests; it is the second place we own at the Amelia Surf and Racquet Club. (We also own the 1BR/1BA unit next door, VRBO ID 2106981). We hope you will come visit soon!

This unit is the best of ALL worlds. First floor for easy access - but you still get to enjoy stunning ocean views from every room. It's a short walk to the pool or beach, and every inch has been beautifully updated and maintained.
