Peaceful spot convenient to many hiking trails and other local spots. Host was attentive and provided excellent hiking advice. Great trails minutes away I doubt we would have found on our own. Hanging out on the deck was so nice especially with the horses and wildlife to watch. Great stay!
Great amenities, provides everything you need for cooking, bathing, comfortable beds. Two things that would make it better for seniors is a ramp on one of the deck's stairs . It was difficult to carry luggage up the stairs. A grab bar in the shower would also be helpful. Otherwise GREAT.
This was a great location for us to stay at as we have family nearby. Jared and Hannah were both very accommodating and friendly during our stay. We are looking forward to another visit.
Very nice place to stay, went fishing near by at 11 mile reservoir and caught our limit!! Felt like home away from home!! Love it and hope to come back!!
The original Lake George Lodge was the perfect place for my fishing partner and I to call home for a couple nights. The place was exactly as advertised. It was comfortable, convenient and clean. Highly recommend it!
We were only there overnight, but the accommodations worked well for us. We were going fishing early at Eleven Mile State Park so the location worked well for that. Jared was very easy to work with.
My mom and I love this cabin for our annual get-away. It is perfect for what we need and like and it's located in a beautiful, scenic area. The owners are very responsive and answered any questions we had in a timely manner. I'm sure we'll be back!
We enjoyed our stay at the Lake George lodge. This remodeled mobile home was located next to the owner's home. The location was easy to get to from the main road and quiet as well. The inside was clean and bedrooms were amble sized. The kitchen was well equipped to comfortably make breakfast, lunches and light meals. The local restaurants were open for dinners mainly Wednesday thru the weekend. We suggest bringing food along to supplement, grocery stores seemed limited. Overall we enjoyed the quiet and rural surroundings of the property.
Follow the directions the property manager gives you and you won’t have any problems finding the place! Good price, clean, and quiet. I would recommend.

Thank you for staying & taking great care of our place! Glad you enjoyed your stay :)
This was an amazing experience to be out in the country. The peoperty had everything we needed ro cook and be comfortable. The views were vast and beautiful from the big front porch. The night sky was also a bonus. We drove all around and had multiple adventures but loved coming back to the secluded cabin every evening. The owners were accommodating and gave me several recommendations on things i was looking to do. They also sent me information about the metor showers that we got to see.Very clean nice property.

Thank you for the great review, so glad you enjoyed your stay!!
The Cabin was extremely cozy. Slightly off the beaten path. We saw elk herd from the front porch. Snowy mountains in the distance. The host was very responsive and offered additional advice information on local stores, accommodations etc. It was a great getaway for our family.
Location is within reach of many fun adventures.
We really enjoyed this property. The location was fantastic and we saw elk and deer during our 4 night stay. I loved how dark it was at night with no light pollution at all. It was also the quietest place I've ever stayed both outside and inside. The owners have several homey touches in the cabin which was a bonus. Only downside was no network tv and this was clearly stated in the advertisement so it wasn't a surprise. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
My family of four loved staying here. Everything was clean. The couches were super comfortable recliners. One mattress was firm while the other was soft so everyone’s preferences were covered. My family LOVED the hummingbirds, barn cats, and even the horses at the Animal Clinic down the road. It was peaceful with beautiful view. We would stay here again.

What makes this property unique
Our property is far enough away from the hustle & bustle of city life to be able to easily get away from it all but also close enough to stores, gas stations, restaurants, hospital if you need anything. We are close to the maintained highway on a flat dirt driveway.
