Do not wash the comforter. It's to big for the washer.

Please strip bed/futon and put the sheets in the washing machine, start it before leaving.
There are 2 standard sized pillows on the bed, and one comforter. Please bring extra pillows/blankets to adjust to your comfort level.

I arrived at night. You can’t see the property well. The building address doesn’t align with the front entrance and the driveway isn’t there. It was very dark so you can’t see the sign. The property is on a corner so you turn down the street and it is the first driveway. The owners were great about answering their phone and giving me directions. Place was very clean!

The county change the cabin's address earlier this year . Everything has been updated now. This is the country so its pretty dark.

The cabin was everything we needed for long weekend getaway! It was very clean and had all the amenities we required. Great area provided outside the cabin to enjoy the rural mountain view.

We had such a great stay here! The cabin was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The kitchen was well stocked, the bed was comfortable, and the views around the property were beautiful. The host was also very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. It was the perfect peaceful getaway, and we would definitely come back again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable place to stay!

Cabin was perfect size for me and my friend. We had an awesome girls night and a nice time in the area outside. The room was clean and there was clear checkout instructions. We had a hard time finding the location but the host was amazingly helpful!

A beautiful cabin with amazing views and all the amenities you need! It was well cared for, clean, and a wonderful place to stay for a weekend of hiking. Unfortunately, we did have an unexpected storm that knocked out power and took down some trees in the driveway. Kenneth and his family had the trees cleared in less than an hour after they fell and he was so understanding and thoughtful when we made the decision to leave early to find other accommodations when the power was not back the next morning (it was out of the his control). Such hospitality and kindness! We would love to come back down another time and stay for the whole weekend! I highly recommend this cabin and host.

Our stay at the whippoorwill nest was fantastic! We had everything we needed and then some. The view was beautiful and the home was cozy and comfortable. There were friendly animals that stopped in for visits ( 2 cats, 2 hens, 1 rooster and a turkey) none were bothersome at all and i enjoyed watching them out in the field from the window. I will definitely keep this place in mind for next time i travel to the area. Two thumbs up for sure!

Lovely little cabin. Bed was super comfy. Had a great stay met a little black cat on the deck. Was so nice to get away in the piece and quite and enjoy the stars you can’t see in the city.
