The living room leads to a sleeping alcove with two bunk beds and a mezzanine with a double bed, skylight, and storage.

The residence is located on the hills above Saint Pierre La Mer, 900 m from the shops and 900 m from the sea. It features a 15 m x 8 m swimming pool with a depth of 95 to 140 cm. It is open from early July to late August.
