Enjoy the Bavarian sunshine on your comfortably furnished terrace with wonderful mountain views until sunset while your children explore the garden.

You enter your apartment through your own entrance, enter the spacious, bright hallway through the wardrobe. To the right is the generous, comfortable kitchen with dining area and well equipped kitchen (dishwasher). On request, you can have the refrigerator filled with regional products. Here, you can taste the long winter summers with the preparation of delicious dishes.

If you prefer to relax, put your feet up in the living room on the comfortable leather couch and be pampered by radio and television. The leather couch can be converted into a bed. There are beautiful wooden commodes for the bedding.

In the bathroom you can enjoy a cozy bath after a long hike or an extensive skiing experience. If you prefer, jump quickly into the shower.

The bedroom has a cozy country-style atmosphere with a double bed and a spacious wardrobe.

Living and sleeping areas are equipped with parquet, kitchen, hallway and bathroom are designed with stylish tiles.

The entire apartment was 2011
newly renovated and furnished with great sense of detail. It is located on the ground floor and is suitable for allergy sufferers and disabled people altogether. Maximum living comfort through decentralized, controlled and pollen-filtering housing ventilation.

In addition, it is possible to have the ski run to the front door after a wonderful winter sports day or an original hut visit. Your vehicle is safe on the ground-level parking space.
