You can sleep anywhere, you can live with us ...

.. at the foot of the mountain, close to the ski lifts, hiking trails and cross-country trails, yet close to the center in our apartment in Oberammergau. Both leisure-time seekers and active vacationers are in good hands with us, as we are certified for both areas.

Enjoy the Bavarian sunshine on your comfortably furnished terrace with wonderful mountain views until sunset while your children explore the garden.

You enter your apartment through your own entrance, enter the spacious, bright hallway through the wardrobe. To the right is the generous, comfortable kitchen with dining area and well equipped kitchen (dishwasher). On request, you can have the refrigerator filled with regional products. Here, you can taste the long winter summers with the preparation of delicious dishes.

If you prefer to relax, put your feet up in the living room on the comfortable leather couch and be pampered by radio and television. The leather couch can be converted into a bed. There are beautiful wooden commodes for the bedding.

In the bathroom you can enjoy a cozy bath after a long hike or an extensive skiing experience. If you prefer, jump quickly into the shower.

The bedroom has a cozy country-style atmosphere with a double bed and a spacious wardrobe.

Living and sleeping areas are equipped with parquet, kitchen, hallway and bathroom are designed with stylish tiles.

The entire apartment was 2011
newly renovated and furnished with great sense of detail. It is located on the ground floor and is suitable for allergy sufferers and disabled people altogether. Maximum living comfort through decentralized, controlled and pollen-filtering housing ventilation.

In addition, it is possible to have the ski run to the front door after a wonderful winter sports day or an original hut visit. Your vehicle is safe on the ground-level parking space.

Eine tolle Ferienwohnung, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr gemütlich und sehr ruhig gelegen. Das Zentrum ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Küche ist hervorragend, es fehlt an nichts. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in guter Lage

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Sie ist gut eingerichtet. Die Lage ist sehr günstig, etwas außerhalb und doch ist der Ortskern zu Fuß sehr leicht zu erreichen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gern kommen wir wieder.

Wunderschöner Winterurlaub

Das war unsere erste Ferienwohnung und wir sind begeistert. Unsere Vermieter waren total nett und sehr hilfsbereit . Die Wohnung ist urgemütlich man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Es ist alles sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Auch liegt die Wohnung sehr gut man hat Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nach 2 Min. zu Fuß und auch die Bushaltestelle ist nach 5 Min erreicht. Zum Skifahren ist es auch nicht weit , also alles super . Wir können die Ferienwohnung nur weiterempfehlen .

Joli petit rez-de-chaussée, très propre et confortable. Le secteur est calme, il y a des supermarchés très proches et le centre ville n'est pas très loin. On peut y aller à pied. Situation assez centrale pour visiter le coin. La région est vraiment très belle. Je pense que normalement les propriétaires habitent au dessus, mais nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion de les voir car ils étaient en vacances. L'échange par mail a toujours été très bien. Il y a beaucoup de renseignements sur la région dans l'appartement.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit allem was man für den Urlaub zu zweit braucht. Vor allem die Küche ist mit allem erdenklichen ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr günstig, sowohl zum Einkaufen als auch bis zum Ortszentrum ist es nicht weit und kann zu Fuß erreicht werden. Mit der zur Verfügung gestellten Königscard bieten sich viele Möglichkeiten, die Umgebung zu erkunden.
