2 Bdrm, 2 Bath home sleeps 4 guests with Gas BBQ (Propane is not provided but 1lb canisters are available in lobby store for purchase.), TV & DVD in the living room, Fully equipped kitchen, free Wi-Fi, free local & long distance calls! We just updated our master suite to have a California King, and now a Queen & Double bed in our guest bedroom. Enjoy our wood burning fireplace in the living room after a day at the beach. Serene sea breezes, over the most pristine & quiet beach on Monterey Bay. Truly a home away from home! Our condo faces Monterey perfect for enjoying sunrises.

Spend family fun playing Pickle Ball, tennis or basketball with courts located on site. Stop by our lobby where we offer an assortment of loaner sports equipment for our renters including pickle ball sets!

Walking trails, lagoon, birds, whale & dolphin watching & more. If you've been looking for a tranquil place to enjoy nature's finest - you've found it!

Second floor condo enjoys wonderful ocean views & lots of light. This home offers a new Cal King in the master bedroom suite, and a Queen & Double bed in the guest!

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Return furniture to its original location. Close all window coverings. Turn off all appliances and heaters. After loading the dishwasher, please do not leave any dishes behind in the sink.
Remove all recycling from home to outside bins.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

It was a lovely stay, the beach was just steps away and I thought it was an added bonus that there were binoculars in the house for looking out over the ocean right from the comfort of the living room.

However, sometimes they are not able to get the home ready before the 4pm guaranteed check in time. We do offer an alternative option of a paid guaranteed early in. Peace and Quiet Qetaway

Our stay was everything promised and more. The property offered every amenity and more and we felt extreme comfort coupled with cleanliness and safety. The location is far enough to have the serene peace we desired and in close proximity to coastal cities to enjoy exploring. We will definitely return.

My best stay so far!

I have frequented Pajaro Dunes every few years since I was 18. This place was the best stay I have had thus far. The location was great, and even my sister the biggest germ-a-fobe ever, was impressed by the cleanliness! It was a stormy weekend, but we still got some beach time in and were very happy to be cozied up inside. It was a great weekend.

Great Place to Stay!

We had a great time staying at this place. The unit was very clean, well supplied with most of the things we need. Quiet. Perfect view of the water. We are just a few steps away from the beach. It's not crowded which is one of the reasons I love this area. Overall, a great short vacay with my family. We will definitely come back and I highly recommend!

No beach access.

The beach access was impossible due to sand drift. So disappointed, but the winds were very strong for this time of year. Kitchen was wonderful...pretty views.

Wonderful

We had an amazing time. The only negative was the the 3rd day of our stay a couple moved into the unit above us and were very noisy. They were slamming doors and it seemed like they were stomping when walking across the floor. We could even hear them going to the bathroom. Besides that the property was gorgeous and our view was fantastic.

Great apartment for relaxing getaway by the beach.

Our family stayed at the apartment for a couple of days and just hung out at the beach which is literally a few steps infront. The beach was not crowded and the kids (and the adults) enjoyed looking at all the sealife washed up on the beach including jelly fish, seaweeds with live mussels attached, and sand dollars. We also saw dolphins swimming by both days we were there. The apartment itself was clean,comfy and quiet, with plenty of room for our family of 6 and very a nice view of the beach. There are utensils, pots and pans provided for cooking but we opted to eat out at nearby restaurants a few minutes drive away in Watsonville. Highly recommend Jalisco which has some of the best Mexican food we have ever tasted. We also went to the free cider tasting at the Martinelli factory store which was a nice and also a few minutes drive away. All in all, a very nice getaway for the family and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay...
