Private: garden 100 m2 lawn. Terrace (15 m2), garden furniture. In the house: burglar alarm system. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Grocery 500 m, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 300 m, sandy beach 6 km. Nearby attractions: Viareggio 16 km, Carrara Cave Fantiscritti 26 km, Lucca 39 km, Pisa 41 km, Portovenere 66 km, Riomaggiore 67 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Massaciuccoli 30 km, Torre del Lago 20 km. Hiking paths: Antro del Corchia Levigliani 23 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und auf drei Etagen verteilt. Auch die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Den nächsten Supermarkt kann man mit dem Auto in 5-10 Minuten erreichen. Der Gastgeber ist außerordentlich freundlich.

Splendide semaine détente à la mer

Belle et grande maison située à 25 min en voiture des plages. Terrasse idéalement placée à côté de la cuisine et bien ventilée en fin de journée, très agréable durant les longues soirées d'été (Même pas eu besoin d'utiliser la climatisation dans les chambres pour bien dormir). WiFi bien présent sur la terrasse et l'étage inférieur, peu ou pas present dans les autres pièces.

Kleines Häuschen, 3 Etagen. OG. Schlafzimmer, Bad und kleines Zimmer. EG. Wohnzimmer und Küche. Couch im Wohnzimmer ist etwas unbequem. Keller: 1 Raum mit Ausziehbett für 2 Personen sowie ein Bad, Toilette. Die Unterkunft entsprach unseren Erwartungen. Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer und im Schlafzimmer. Etwas abgelegen, Straße führt zu kleineren Siedlungen. Da Hanglage benutzt jeder das Auto, dadurch ständig leichter Verkehr, aber nicht störend.

Casa molto ampia nelle colline di Pietraanta in un posto tranquillo lontano dai centri ma strategico per raggiungerli tutti in breve tempo. L'alloggio rispecchia la descrizione e le foto nell'annuncio, il proprietario è molto disponibile e cordiale. Peccato per la pulizia iniziale del tutto assente con polvere e sabbia ovunque sui letti, nei divani e nei mobili; il proprietario si è scusato ma abbiamo dovuto pulire autonomamente; peccato poichè con un ambiente pulito sarebbe stata eccellente.

Ein toller Urlaub in der Toskana

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt im Ferienhaus I Modellini am Rande des kleinen Ortes Vallecchia. Das Haus liegt etwas erhöht an einer Nebenstraße und man hat einen herrlichen Blick nach allen Seiten. Die Inneneinrichtung entspricht exakt den Fotos und ist sehr gemütlich, ansprechend und durchdacht. Es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Durch die vielen Terrassen hält man sich gerne am Haus auf, da man immer ein schattiges Plätzchen findet.
