This is located near downtown & midtown. You may see some homeless activity since it is so close to both, but the property is secured in a gated area & we have never had any security or safety issues.

I’m sorry you had this experience. The issues you didn’t feel “safe” about were very clearly listed in the listing description. And as it states, we have never had any issues with safety or property damage whatsoever in 10+ years of managing this property.
