Parking spaces are available within a 5–10 minute walk from the property. The house is an excellent starting point for mountain excursions. Thanks to its central location, supermarkets, shops, restaurants, cafés, the nearest bus stop (350 m), and the train station (400 m) are all just a short walk away. The nearest beach, in Port de Sóller, is about a 10-minute drive.



The roof has been renovated for better insulation and waterproofing. The house has central heating (diesel), air conditioning with heat pump, and a wood-burning stove. The central heating system has a time limit to encourage responsible fuel use. Energy consumption (electricity and diesel) is available for an extra fee.
