Bring the whole family! Minutes from the AF Academy in the Gleneagle neighborhood, from Downtown Colorado Springs, and the mountains. Can comfortably sleep 9 to 11. Master bedroom with queen and bathroom; 2nd and 3rd bedroom each with a bunk bed. 2nd full bath upstairs. Sofa in the family room can sleep 1, a large sectional in the basement can sleep 2, and a queen sizable inflatable mattress can be added to any of the rooms. Use the fireplace if it's chilly; plenty of fans to draw in the cool night air if it's warm, and use the grill either way! Fridge, oven, stove, microwave, instapot, bread machine, crockpot, waffle maker, griddle, and coffee maker available. Fenced in back yard for private gatherings, like a graduation party, and plenty of street parking in the neighborhood.

You'll be within walking distance to ponds, walking trails, and 5 minutes to the AF Academy & I-25 which offers easy access to travel. Located 1 mile from the grocery store and gas station. Wal-Mart is 2 miles away. Enjoy Downtown Historic Monument or Colorado Springs for shopping and local restaurants. It's all the convenience you and your whole family will need for a memorable and relaxing time together.
