This recently-appointed, turn of the century Maine cottage has three bedrooms and three full bathrooms and laundry.

Primary bedroom and downstairs bedroom have private baths.
5 minute walk to the beach and the store.
Savor stunning views of the Pool as you barbecue on the deck. The spacious, modern kitchen adjoins a cozy lounge and TV area as well as dining room. The house features a TV and high-speed internet. It has a five-acre lawn, which provides access to the Pool to launch your kayak or paddle board. You may also walk across the street to a 2 mile sandy beach in under five minutes.

Why they chose this property

I have Vacationed in Biddeford Pool for over 30 years with my daughter Scarlett. It easy to get there from my home in Washington DC and she comes out every Summer from California. Being on the water is great for kayaking and there is easy access to the two mile sandy beach. You absolutely cannot beat the lobster.

This house is supremely cozy and quaint, yet the layout is such that even with a big group, everyone has plenty of space. A real coastal Maine cottage.

What makes this property unique

You can walk down the lawn and launch kayaks into the pool or take a walk through the marsh or grab a coffee at Goldthwaite's. Less than a five minute walk to the beach. Order your cooked lobsters from the Store/lobster pound or barbecue off the back deck.
