🌴 Spanish villa with all-year wellness comfort 🌴

Very centrally located, the spacious chalet is just 15 minutes from the airport in a typical Spanish residential area. It has 5 bedrooms, 5 modern bathrooms and tasteful decor. 260 sqm of living space offer plenty of space for sweet idleness.

In the large saltwater private pool you can from the outside temperature of 18 ° C in the morning pull his tracks, settle down on one of the sun loungers and relax.
Pellet heating, the fireplace and the heated pool make the property a pleasant retreat, especially during the transitional period.
The 800 square meters large grounds include several terraces, so that everyone finds his favorite place. The day is best ended with a hearty barbecue with friends.

The new designed roof terrace offers at any time of the day a very special view of the sea and the bay of Palma.

For our little guests we prepare a cot. There is a small slide and a child seat group. Air conditioning systems are available in all bedrooms and in the living-dining room. Furthermore, the house has a central pellet heating and offers warm comfort, especially in the cool season.

In addition, you can on colder evenings, the fireplace and spend so romantic evenings in the house.

Outside Spain, in German comfort. The chalet is equipped with many amenities such as smart TV, high speed internet, side-by-side refrigerator, induction and gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso capsule system and gas charcoal grill.

An employee will greet you at the chalet and familiarize you with the equipment etc. During your stay once a week the pool and the garden are maintained.

Great stay

Lovely villa modern, clean and large. Only very minor negative is pool is on the small side, didn’t bother the kids but if you wanted to do a lot of swimming a larger pool would be preferable but that is being very picky as it is still a decent size with lots of sun loungers.

Fun family vacation

My family had a wonderful stay! The house comfortably fit 10 adults. The kitchen was well stocked for us to cook several meals. We really enjoyed meeting the property manager who was very helpful. We paid the additional fee to heat the pool and that was wonderful for our family.

Lovely spring visit

The house is wonderful and well cared for. The owners were immediately responsive with questions or to resolve issues. There was thought to be an issue with the pool heater but turned out something was set wrong but the owner helped get the issue resolved as quickly as possible and from another country- that speaks volumes to how well loved the property is. We had rental cars to get to around and we found it super helpful, it was an easy drive from the airport and ultimately everywhere. If we ever visit Mallorca again we would absolutely try to rent this house again, and we highly recommend it for families!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the villa. We were 3 families staying and there was plenty of space for us all. The villa is more spacious inside than the photos show with lots of things for children - from plastic plates, cups and ice lolly moulds to toys for inside and outside use. There’s a nearby bakery and shop within waking distance as well as a few lovely restaurants. Then supermarkets, beaches and restaurants if you have a car (we all did). Really easy to access the villa from the airport. The children loved the pool and there’s now a gas BBQ for evenings in. The villa was a high standard. We had a lovely stay.

wir waren mit 10 Personen über Weihnachten/Silvester im Haus und hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.Das Haus ist mit den 5 Schlafzimmern und Bädern, dem grosszügigen Wohnbereich und der großen Küche auch im Winter sehr bequem für 10 Personen nutzbar. Heizung und Warmwasser haben zuverlässig funktioniert.Eines unserer Highlights war der grosse Kühl/Gefrierschrank der für so eine grosse Personenzahl durchaus nötig ist. In dieser Jahreszeit ist im Ort keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit- deshalb leistet ein großer Kühlschrank gute Dienste.Nachdrücklich hervorzuheben ist die schnelle Reaktionszeit des Eigentümers bei allen Fragen und der Lösung kleinerer Problemchen die wir hatten. Er hatte jeweils innerhalb von 30 Minuten freundlich und super kompetent reagiert und sofort eine Lösung gefunden und Abhilfe geschaffen. Danke dafür! Das ist nicht immer selbstverständlich.

Wir waren mit 10 Personen im Alter von 9 bis 67 Jahren für 10 Tage, 9 Nächte in dieser Unterkunft. Das Haus verfügt über ein großes Wohnzimmer und eine gut ausgestattete Küche sowie 5 Schlafzimmer, jeweils mit Doppelbett und separatem Bad. Zwei Schlafzimmer sind im Erdgeschoss, drei weitere im Obergeschoss. Sowohl die Terrasse im Obergeschoss als auch die Dachterrasse ist ausschließlich über das mittlere Schlafzimmer erreichbar.Der Außenbereich, vorne mit überdachter Terrasse und Pool, im hinteren Bereich mit zusätzlicher Sitzgruppe, Gasgrill, Tischtennisplatte und Dartscheibe bieten genug Platz für Erholung aber auch Aktivitäten direkt am Haus.Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind im Ort verfügbar. Palma mit dem Bus ca. 50 min Fahrzeit entfernt.Alles in allem haber wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir können das Objekt auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Haus! Es bietet viel Platz für bis zu 10 Gäste, sodass sich jeder wohlfühlen kann. Ideal für Familien oder Freundesgruppen. Die Außenanlage ist sehr gepflegt und lädt zum Verweilen ein, ob beim Frühstück in der Sonne oder beim gemütlichen Grillabend. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die voll ausgestattete Küche, die wirklich alles bietet, was man zum Kochen braucht.Die Lage ist hervorragend – ruhig und erholsam, aber dennoch zentral genug für Ausflüge und Erledigungen in der Umgebung.Ein weiteres großes Plus war die sehr angenehme und reibungslose Kommunikation mit dem Inhaber – freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar.Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in diesem liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus. Alles war super sauber, gemütlich und mit viel Herz gestaltet. Mädelsurlaub vom Feinsten!

Wir waren im Mai 2025 in dieser tollen Unterkunft und waren super glücklich. Das Haus hat eine tolle Aufteilung für bis zu 10 Personen und das beste: jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad. Das Haus ist hell, geräumig, mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht (Spiele, Gewürze, Handtücher, Föhn, etc) und mit einer 20 minütigen Entfernung zu Palma auch total toll gelegen. Tipp: in 20 Minuten Entfernung zu Fuß oder 7 Min mit dem Auto befindet sich ein atemberaubender Aussichtspunkt direkt an der Küste, hineingebaut in die Klippen. Wir waren sprachlos.Insgesamt weicht die Einrichtung von den Fotos ab, aber das fällt mir auch nur beim erneuten Ansehen des Inserats auf. Die Hausverwaltung, als auch der Eigentümer haben jederzeit schnell reagiert und uns super betreut. Wir empfehlen dieses Haus auf jeden Fall weiter und kommen gerne wieder!

Traumhafte Unterkunft auf Mallorca

Die Unterkunft können wir guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen. Es war sauber, modern eingerichtet und der Garten sehr gepflegt. Besonders für Familien mit Kindern ist die Unterkunft perfekt geeignet: Die Kinder konnten sich auf dem Grundstück frei bewegen, im Pool planschen und das Spielzeug vor Ort nutzen.Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber waren äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Ich kann diese Finca jedem empfehlen, der auf der Suche nach einer authentischen, komfortablen und familienfreundlichen Unterkunft auf Mallorca ist.

Wir waren mit insgesamt sechs Personen für fünf Tage in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Alle Zimmer und alle Bäder sind in top Zustand in der ersten Etage und auf der Dachterrasse tatsächlich der herrliche Blick auf die Bucht von Palma. Auf der Dachterrasse konnten wir jeden Morgen wundervolle Yoga Sessions genießen. Zum Strand sind es circa 15-20 Minuten, leider nur einfältiger Zugang. Supermarkt und Restaurants gibt es fußläufig. im Haus und auch am Pool ist ausreichend Platz für zehn Personen mit Sitzgelegenheit, Liegestühlen und auch Sonnenschirm. Bereits vor dieser Reise hatte ich schon für April wieder gebucht. Auf jeden Fall die richtige Entscheidung, ich freue mich jetzt schon

Schönes voll ausgestattetes Ferienhaus

Wir waren mit 9 Personen für ca. 5 Tage da. Das Haus ist sehr groß und war perfekt ausgestattet für uns als Freundesgruppe. Mit dem Auto kann man den Flughafen, Palma und die Bucht/strände von Cala Pi und es Trenc erreichen. Wir hatten leider etwas Unglück mit der Kakerlakenplage auf der Insel und hatten leider sehr viele Besucher. Da kann natürlich der Besitzer nichts für, doch wir hätten uns eine kurze Benachrichtigung oder stärkere Mittel gegen die Viecher gewünscht. Nichtsdestotrotz kann ich die Unterkunft für größere Gruppen empfehlen, die sich im Süden Mallorcas entspannen möchten.

In Summe eine tolle Unterkunft für bis zu 5 Paare. Gerade die einzelnen Schlafzimmer, inkl. eigenen Bad waren super. Die Finca ist bestens ausgestattet und lässt nichts vermissen. Der Ort selbst hat recht wenig zu bieten, jedoch sind Strände und Geschäfte in Cala Pi und Palma leicht mit Auto/Taxi zu erreichen

Perfektes Haus

Wir waren mit 10 Frauen in dem wunderschönen Haus!!! Dort fehlte es uns an nichts!!! Fünf Schlafzimmer, fünf Badezimmer, Pool, Tischtennisplatte, eine tolle Sitzecke und eine atemberaubende Aussicht!!! Tagesausflüge mit dem Auto bereicherten unseren Tag!!!
