A Beautiful mountain cabin that sits on 6 acres will be the peaceful get away that your family is looking for! Property that backs up to the Pisgah National Forrest will bring you wildlife , adventurous hikes and breathtaking views. This large cabin is close to Mt. Mitchell, minutes to downtown Burnsville, and about 45 minutes to Asheville. This home has all of the extras to make your stay enjoyable! This is a cabin on a private mountain drive. It is steep and 4 wheel drive is required to reach the house.

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
There is no trash pickup in the area. The county convenience center for garbage disposal is just down Highway 80 @ 300 Hickory Springs Rd Burnsville, NC Please take trash with you when you leave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We require that you have either 4 wheel drive or all wheel drive to come up the driveway. The driveway is unique and steep. It is a mountain drive.
We have a small lot at the bottom of the driveway for you to park additional vehicles that may not want to make the trip.
When you get to the house, you’ll need to go to the basement and turn on the hot water heater. There is a switch on the wall behind it.
