Child friendly, very cosy villa "Casablanca", 3 storeys. In the district of Balcón al Mar, 300 m from the sea, 2.2 km from the beach. Private: property (fenced), orchard, beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool angular (5 x 10 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating system. Parking on the premises. Grocery 1.5 km, supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant, café 500 m, bus stop 9 km. Marina 8 km, golf course (9 hole) 7 km, surf school 7 km, sailing school 7 km, tennis 6 km. Groups of teenagers on request only.

Large terrace 30 m2, south facing position, large terrace 25 m2, large garden. Terrace furniture. Marvellous view of the sea, the valley, the swimming pool, the garden and the countryside. Wunderschönes Haus mit tollem Blick aufs Meer, grossem Pool und gepflegtem Garten. Naya, Liegen alles reichlich vorhanden. Parkplätze für bis zu 4 Autos innerhalb des grossen Areals. Resto und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Mehrere kleiner Strände in der näheren Umgebung. Direkter Blick auf einen Leuchtturm dessen Feuer aber abends nicht stört.
