All of the basics will be stocked - laundry and dish soap, Keurig coffee and teas, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Other things to note:
We have a strict NO SMOKING policy. A $500 fee will be charged for smoking.

Dogs are considered on a case by case basis with an extra fee per stay. If your dog is approved, you will be asked to sign an agreement confirming that your dog is up to date on vaccinations/flea control. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture. Any damage caused by your dog will be charged separately.

This cozy little unit is everything it advertises, and then some: it has all you need, plus considerate touches like a travel steamer and magnifying makeup mirror (both of which I'd forgotten). The patio is dreamy in the evening! The hosts are warm and inviting, and I appreciate that they allow dogs. A hidden plus is the nature preserve just a few short blocks away, with amazing ocean views!

We loved our stay at Sunrize Destinations! The location is fantastic, the hosts have furnished the studio with every thing you need. They really have thought of everything. We were so glad to have the washer and dryer there. We didn’t plan on using it, but it came in very handy. We also Loved the beautiful private patio and would stay there again in a minute!

This studio has EVERYTHING you could want plus! Its decor is crisp and fun! The photos are spot on. The kitchen has everything you could possible want. The bathroom is good size, the bed is the MOST comfortable bed we have slept in! The outdoor area is comfortable and inviting! Its a nice quiet area but walking distance to anything you may want, even the beach! Sara makes check in and out easy and is available if needed. We travel to SB frequently and this is by far the best place weve stayed! We will be back!

The perfect stay!

I’ve stayed at quite a few places and Sara & Ken really put some thought into it. This was one of the best places I’ve stayed at. Fluffy towels, not a spec of dust or dirt, it was spotless. Snacks waiting for me, upon arrival. They really thought of everything. Location is REALLY good. The bed is super comfortable too. Thank you Sara & Ken!!

Amazing studio

Sara was great and communicating, immediately sending us the door code, address and specifics to the studio. It was super clean, dog friendly and stocked with anything you could possibly need; including fresh towels, clean sheets, a dog bed and even a welcome basket with goodies! GOAT - not just Santa Barbara, but anywhere!

100% truth, this is the best rental property we have ever experienced. That’s across all the rental apps, locations, and countries. The property had everything we needed, including an awesome outdoor space we utilized in the mornings and evenings. Great access to places to walk: Mesa Lane Beach (yes many steps down AND go at low tide to walk the beach) and Douglas Family Preserve with great views over the Pacific and you can walk down to the restaurant Boathouse at Hendry's Beach – we did for breakfast. There’s an easy walk along sidewalks to breakfast and dinner spots, and a great tap room. A grocery store is just a three minute drive. And this location allows easy access to all the roads leading to where you want to go. And Sarah was awesome, answering our many questions in planning for our visit.

Absolutely Fabulous!

My husband and I spent a week in this adorable studio and absolutely loved it! The extremely gracious hosts went above and beyond to create a great guest experience. They provided a lot of little "extras" like phone/computer chargers, bluetooth speaker, basket of snacks, robes and heated towel rack that really elevated our stay. The bed was super comfy and the kitchen was well stocked allowing us to cook several meals with ease. The studio was spotless and we loved relaxing by the outdoor fire pit. The location was also great. Our dog loved visiting the nearby dog friendly Douglas Family Preserve and beach and it is within walking distance to several restaurants and grocery stores. We particularly enjoyed Lighthouse Coffee, Blenders in the the Grass and Lazy Acres Natural Market grocery store. I highly recommend this studio!

Close to Natural Beauty

This is a very clean studio in Santa Barbara just blocks from the dog-friendly Douglas Family Preserve park. The park is such an asset, with amazing panoramic views of the ocean including the Channel Islands and the coast. The studio is attached to a house. I was confused at first about how to enter and where to park. I probably did not pay enough attention to any instructions before my trip. I meant to come with my dog and husband but due to my dog's illness it was just me. I did not use the room as much as I would have otherwise but it was fine for heating up lunches and hanging out between outings in Santa Barbara. The kitchen is small but well stocked. It was raining during my trip so I did not enjoy the patio.
