Furnished & fully-equipped condo w/ Keurig coffee machine, toaster, fridge & microwave. Easterly facing unit, so you can hear the roar of the Atlantic Ocean & enjoy the ocean breeze!

No need for a morning coffee run as we provide coffee, tea, sugar & cream during your stay.

Wifi, chromecast & smart TV. Parking for 1 car included.

The space
Easterly facing unit, so you can hear the roar of The Atlantic Ocean & enjoy the ocean breeze. Features include a chic and modern unit with fresh paint & bamboo flooring throughout, plus large 3/4 bath.

Fully-equipped kitchenette with microwave, stovetop, toaster, Keurig coffee machine, full-size fridge and blender. Other features include a new queen memory foam mattress, new comfy sofa & new 65" wall-mounted Samsung TV. Keypad unit entry, on-site laundry, no pets.

1 queen murphy bed, sleeps 2. Close bed away each morning for added living
space.

The large shared common deck offers tables, chairs with umbrella coverage & a gas grill below, providing an ideal spot for outdoor dining & lounging.

Stroll to the beach or enjoy the on-site heated/covered in-ground pool equipped with lounge chairs & pool lockers.

Place was very clean and was what we were looking for for a few day stay. Our only complaint was the bed mattress was horrible and very uncomfortable. Otherwise everything was great and highly recommend.

The property is in an excellent location. It was clean and check-in ready. Marco was very responsive to my messages. The only thing I would change would be the mattress. It is a memory foam and too soft for our preference. We had a great stay here.

Great place close to the Beach

The studio was adorable...it was clean, comfortable and close to the beach. Perfect for a couple or single travelers. Great property and communication. We would stay here again.

Great Spot

Perfect little spot. Great location. Walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants. Love the decor and amenities the host chose. Recommend and would stay again in the future. Nothing negative to say. Just as a note, the shower water pressure was low but that is more facility related.

Property small but clean, functional, and very well located. Dishwasher would be a good addition. Parking area tight for larger vehicles like minivans.

Great NH Beach Location!

Great location! Very clean. Easy walking distance to the beach. This was our second time staying at these condo's, and we will be back. Our only challenge was the Samsung TV system. Difficulty finding live news and sports channels. (not that we spent much time watching TV)

Picture perfect

Marco was a wonderful host who made sure all of the details were taken care. The condo was clean and well-appointed … it had everything I needed … even beach towels and beach chairs (even though I brought my own!). A large screen TV, comfortable bed …. It felt spacious for one and probably comfortable for two since you spend most of your day on the beach. The beach was across the street. Perfect location. The hot-plate setup wasn’t a favorite but word is he’ll remedy that next year.

I have stayed at better units in this same property

I had a specific question when booking our trip this year and it was a large parking spot as i drive a full size lifted truck .i was told this would be perfect it was not. Tiny parking lot packed full of cars. Took so much work to get in and out of ! Not worth it. Then i had to text him to get the room code then was given the wrong code . Then the room. Overall ok smaller than others in this property. And the cleaners leave something to be desired. They never cleaned under the murphy bed and there was food pieces under the couch. The the ac unit was barely working . I found out why the filters were so plugged up it was real bad i have pictures of all of this overall it was just not as good as some of the other units in this property . Wasn't horrible just not what we were expecting .

Hampton Beach getaway

Lots to do in this area. Condo very clean. When we arrived we parked in our spot #33. Condo is called "Whale Tail". We weren't told the room #. Took us a few minutes to find out it was #16. Can't see ocean from this site. Mattress was memory foam. Not comfortable. We did enjoy our stay overall.
