Post-Worthy Rooftop Views / Super Walkable LoHi Area / Modern 3b3b

Excellent walkable location in the trendy LoHi neighborhood with numerous restaurants, parks, and breweries within a few blocks. It's also walkable to the city and only a short Lyft/Uber ride to downtown, Coors Field, Ball Arena and Mile High Stadium. Also a great rental for attending downtown conventions/conferences, Red Rocks performance, or to shoot up to the mountains for the day and enjoy the city at night. The 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom also has a large rooftop deck with an amazing view of the city and mountains.
It's a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom (one room on the first floor and two on the third floor) with a modern open floor plan on the main floor (second floor) including the kitchen, dinning and TV area.
You'll definitely be taking pictures of the epic Denver Skyline at night and I look forward to hearing your feedback on your stay!

Great location. You can walk to many great coffee shops and restaurants. Place is clean. Property manager very responsive and accommodating. Would stay here again

Dave advertised a comfortable, clean and functional space in a great neighborhood and he delivered. We were able to walk every where (needed an Uber only once) and had groceries delivered. The value was great and we will definitely rent again.

Amazing Place!

We loved our stay - amazing kitchen with coffee, snacks and water. We got in late and it was nice to have the coffee for the am! Really clean and well stocked - each bedroom has own bathroom to use. COMFORTABLE beds! AMAZING rooftop area - will def stay here again when in Denver!
