This is a really clean, cute place. We loved hanging out here and will definitely be back. The kitchen has everything you need to cook up a good meal, the house is adorable, the beds are comfortable, there is access to a garage, and it's easy to walk to downtown Fruita, and an easy drive to world class mountain biking. Highly recommend!

Great property with great location

Only a few blocks from all kinds of good places to eat. Outdoor adventures were all within 15-20 minutes. Property was clean, pet friendly and very comfortable.

This house was perfect for our little getaway. The location to downtown Fruita was perfect - walking distance to so many coffee shops and restaurants. And all the extra touches to make our dogs comfortable was so appreciated! We'll be back hopefully soon!

Nice property, great location

My wife and I travel to Fruita at least once a year to visit family there. This time we rented Mesa Manor instead of staying in a hotel and I'm so glad we did. It's an older house but has been completely upgraded and is very well kept. It is located close to shopping and a short drive from Grand Junction. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit if the house is available.

Fruita/Loma Trip

A friend and I (plus dogs) came up for a get together in Loma. The home was beautiful, very comfortable, well equipped and met all our needs. The backyard was great for the dogs. Town is easily walkable from the home. We would definitely stay here again. Communication with the management company was excellent. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

My father and I came to Fruita to do a little biking and hiking. This worked out great for us. It was a good central location for our activities. Great to be close to town for dining and to pick up our bike rental. Home was clean and as advertised. I would definitely look to stay here again if we return to Fruita.

Fantastic Fruita in Spring

We had such a lovely time at this property. We often travel to Fruita in the spring and the the weather is always unpredictable. This home was perfect for our active family, we were able to bike and hike during the day, then come home to wash off all the dirt and sleep warm and dry. Super cute decor, comfy beds, great showers, secure place for bikes, absolutely perfect! Also walking distance from play areas for kids and breweries for the bigger kids :)

Awesome Fruita home

In town from Steamboat because the kids were off school Thursday and Friday. Great house! Worked perfectly for us. If you have kids the elementary school playground is across the street. Easy walk to town. 10/15 minutes drive to 18 rd trails. We’d definitely stay there again. 👍👍
