Luxury vacation condo is second row and close to Coligny shops and restaurants. 210 Forest Beach Villas is a wonderful two bedroom two bath condo with stainless steel appliances, granite counters and luxury vinyl plank thru out. Gorgeous updated kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans to create any master piece for the family to enjoy. Kitchen is open to the large living room with sleeper sofa, large flat screen TV and easy walk out to the deck. Master bedroom has king size bed with en suite full bath. Guest room has queen size bedroom with access to full bath also. Condo comfortably sleeps six people. Easy walk to Hilton Head's world famous white sandy beaches. Forest Beach villa complex has free tennis and pickle ball courts on site with a nice size swimming pool right downstairs. Your vacation rental includes bike rentals and beach gear with your stay. 210 Forest Beach Villa is professionally managed and operated by Hilton Head Vacations, Inc, a locally owned company.


Coligny shops and restaurants are a short walk away. With over 60 shops and restaurants, you can enjoy your favorite drink or a great meal and walk back to the condo. Tiki Hut is a short walk away too. The new Town of Hilton Head Celebration park with gigantic Pirate Ship playground, wonderful fields to throw the frisbee or take a picnic, is right behind the Forest Beach Villas complex. Town of Hilton Head Beach park is right across the street also. Wonderful location near the beach, bike paths and restaurants.

The property was very nice. Had everything we needed. The only suggestion would be is to replace the shower heads. The stream is very narrow making it difficult to get a good rinse. Otherwise, we very much enjoyed our stay.

Nice location

The property was nice and good location. The master shower was terrible no pressure. I emailed the property manager about ten days before our trip I was disappointed I never got a response. Dishwasher didn’t work but we didn’t really need it. They did sent someone out to look at it right away.

We enjoyed our time there and the convenient location. The condo was comfortable except the kitchen was not as noted in description. Very few utensils for meal prep (no vegetable peeler or tongs, mixer, 1 small mixing bowl, no place to put non-refrigerated foods). The vertical blinds in master are not functional. Two slats fell off as we tried to open. Put them in dresser draw with others stored there.

Great place for vacation!

This place was not just about location but also having space! My family of 5 and my mother stayed there with adequate rooms and baths and really felt comfortable. Pool was really nice and convenient, and it's good to only walk up one flight of stairs. The property manager was very good in responding to requests so I suggest if you see any issues when coming in, then report them right away! We delayed in this on a couple things and would've been better off if we had just asked right away. It was not difficult and they clearly do want to help. For instance, the blender was missing from the kitchen, but we just dealt with it and waited a few days to ask. Within a day after calling and asking, however, we received a new blender! Great place and we'd love to come again!
