This home has just been impeccably remodeled with no expense spared. There is custom cabinetry, beautiful finishes and clean design. Designed with family in mind there are 3 different living spaces, a game room, bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a private office space. There is also texture and warmth with new carpet throughout, blankets and fresh linens and towels. There is plenty of beautiful light with vaulted ceilings and skylights. This house in tucked into a quiet neighborhood with mature tree lined streets in the center of the coveted Briargate neighborhood. It is walking distance from John Venezia Park, Starbucks, King Soopers grocery store, Lifetime fitness and the hospital. It is just off Briargate Pkwy which leads directly to Powers or I25.

The house was stocked with linens and kitchen items for cooking such as pots, pans and utensils. We all slept comfortably and enjoyed the location… parks and grocery store were nice as well as close by.

We loved this property. Our daughter is at USAFA and we stayed here while visiting her. Hosted 12 cadets for Easter and everyone commented how amazing the house was all around. Highly recommend!

AF Graduation Week

Property was just as pictured, and even better! Plenty of room for our family coming in from out of state for my son's AF Graduation. Plenty of space, comfortable beds and the house was stocked with everything we needed. The property management team was responsive when we had a technical issue, and quickly resolved it for us. Highly recommend!

This property is a passion project for us. We love renovating and giving spaces beautiful new life. This is a second home for our family and has been designed with space for the kids and comfortable working space for us.
