Thank you for your feedback, it's a privilege to be a host and dedicated to making guest experiences memorable. Yes, the location is great, thanks for sharing. February 2026 saw below-normal temperatures compared with typical February warmth. With frosty mornings: that rarely happens in this subtropical region. If this was typical to have such cool temperatures, we would consider having a pool cover. :)

The listing for this house was spot on. The house was very clean and stocked extremely well, just like home. The pool was very warm and relaxing. My wife and I vacation in southwest Florida each spring and the house was perfect. We will certainly come back in the future. The host (Kathy) was awesome!

Awesome Stay - Great Home & Owner

I stayed for around a month after the hurricane and enjoyed every minute. The pictures accurately show a nice home, but when you arrive you’ll find it even better than they display. The pool is great. The beds are good. I really felt like I was at home.
