Bring the whole family or relax alone in this spacious one bedroom apartment. Located in a quiet neighborhood close to restaurants. Enjoy a day at the ocean with easy access to Folly Beach or explore beautiful downtown Charleston, each just a ten minute drive away. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, and dining sets - or order in from one of the many local restaurants. The living room has two sofa beds that sleep up to two each, and the bedroom sleeps up to four with two queen beds.
There is an open floor plan style kitchen and living room built for entertaining. Outdoor porch area with bar top, seating and television. Washer and dryer available in garage.

Size wise smaller than advertised—too small for 4 people—will sleep 8 very uncomfortably. Was not cleaned at all. Counters were dirty, food in fridge, and minimal linens. Perfect for a couple maybe. Very convenient to Folly Beach life and serves the purpose for a business/leisure traveler or couple. Beyond that is questionable unless small children are the guests with 2 adults.

What an amazing weekend!!! Located close to Folly Beach and Downtown. Quiet and Friendly neighborhood.The place were very cleaned and comfortable.
