Roundtripper - GREAT Location and NEW! The Dreams Park is nearly as close as possible without having to coach your ballplayer's team, it is across the street! The entrance to Dream Park is less than 1/4 mile from the driveway of Roundtripper. You can hear the cheers of the crowd from the large back deck and nearby firepit! From the kitchen sink, you can catch glimpses of the CDP flags flying on the property, enjoy the closing ceremony fireworks from the firepit. It doesn't get any closer than Roundtripper! This terrific property has recently changed hands and is now owned by a talented group of cousins who have poured blood, sweat, and beers into renovating this home. Everything has been updated, new cabinets, flooring, countertops, paint, linens, bedding, towels, furniture and more all new and ready for you!

Once inside you will be greeted by a very spacious great room (1 of 2 living rooms) with a sectional couch and love seat, a large ROKU TV for keeping up with the game. A completely renovated kitchen has new stainless steel appliances, hardwood flooring, a mosaic backsplash, beautiful white cabinetry with everything you need to make a meal and a convenient eat-in dining table in the center of the room. Just off the kitchen there is a separate formal dining room with seating for 10 people at the custom built dining table as well as access to the side porch for easy grilling or enjoy a meal outside on the deck, overlooking the Dreams Park. Through the dining room you will find a 2nd large living room with another large Roku TV, making it easy to spread out as a group. The first floor is completed by a King bedroom and twin bunk bedroom, sharing a "Jack and Jill" bathroom with tub/shower combo between the two bedrooms. Upstairs there are 4 additional bedrooms including a king bedroom with a private balcony overlooking the backyard and firepit area. The 2nd floor bedrooms share the hallway full bath with tub/shower and washer and dryer.

Outside there is a great fire pit behind the house perfect for evening star gazing and S'more making. A detached garage has a huge game room featuring a Shuffleboard Table, Foosball, Pool table, and more. You will be thrilled with the convenience of this location, not only is the drive to CDP measured in seconds, but the drive to the Village of Cooperstown is under 10 minutes as well. Your and your family are sure to make lifetime memories at Roundtripper!

Great place to stay, very clean, very roomy, and could not have been more convenient to Dreams Park, restaurants, and downtown Cooperstown! Plenty of room for our huge family! Big yard/outdoor area for our kids to play and hang out. Outdoor fire pit was a big hit. Would highly recommend to future families looking for a place when they come up for the Dreams Park/Cooperstown trip.

Perfect home for Cooperstown baseball

This was the perfect house of your son is playing at CDP in the tournament. It’s so convenient to the fields! The house is large enough for 2 families to share. It was clean and has AC which keeps it cool and cuts the humidity. I also loved that it has hardwood floors making it easier to keep clean and cool. The game garage is a nice touch and the grassy fields around it are perfect for wiffle ball and for kids to run around. Thanks for a fantastic trip!

Amazing Location and home!

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. The location was so perfect for our son's tournament at Cooperstown Dreams Park. It literally took us 2 minutes from the parking lot to be there. It is so nice after a late game or if you have a break between games just to have somewhere to go that doesn't take a lot of travel time. The home is updated and very spacious. It is great for our group of 10. The beds were comfy and everything was so clean. Air conditioners and TVs in every room. The deck was nice for everyone to hang out on, we used the grill a couple times. Owners were very responsive and check in/out was extremely easy.
