Enjoy a newly renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom upstairs apartment in the historic West End neighborhood of Winston Salem. Conveniently located near 2 hospitals, Hanes Park, the YMCA, the ballpark, and downtown; this stylish place has it all! In addition to historic character and a great location, you will fall in love with the spacious shower, sleep well in large bedrooms, and live comfortably in the bright living space and updated kitchen. Office space and washer and dryer is included
West End is a picturesque and highly walkable, historic area just outside of downtown Winston-Salem. You can reach some of the area's finest eateries, bars, and bakeries within minutes on foot or by car. Recreation is just up the street. Hanes Park features open fields, playgrounds, tennis and pickle-ball courts, baseball fields, and walking paths and is right across from the William G White YMCA. In addition, the area's largest hospital is just blocks away.
We have a parking slab in front of the home that offers limited, free parking to guests. There is free street parking available as well.

The space was nice and was a great place to return to after a day of work. My family enjoyed the apartment during the day and was able to walk to restaurants. Lovely and definitely recommend.

This apartment has a lot of space for a 2 bedroom/1bathroom unit. It is colorful and has all the amenities you need. Nice location close to downtown - we would have walked but it was pouring. Highly recommend!
