Important to know: - There is a twin size, self inflating AirBed available to set up in the living room as well as the sofa for additional sleeping arrangements. - The surrounding neighborhood is an older part of Cottonwood. Several neighbors have dogs, which you will hear from time to time. Some homes on our street look rough around the edges. We’ve found this to be part of the charm of Cottonwood and have only had positive experiences. However, some guests might prefer the solitude of not having nearby neighbors like we have here. - To help ensure the safety of our guests and team members, we have an exterior surveillance camera located at the front door.
Pet policy: - We are dog friendly! - $90 pet fee - No dogs allowed on furniture. Plan accordingly and bring your own dog blanket or bed. We do not provide one. - Please clean up after your pet. We will charge for any damage or pet mess left behind.
Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire property, including 2 parking spaces in front of the house.
The Neighborhood: The neighborhood is up-and-coming. You might find it to be rough on the edges but we’ve found the neighbors to be kind and welcoming.
Getting Around: You’ll want to have a car while staying Cottonwood. Several restaurants are within a 20 minute walk. There is also Verde Valley Bicycle company who you can rent bikes from.
Interaction with Guests: You'll have the entire place to yourself but we're nearby in case you need anything.
IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: All guests are required to complete a simple identity verification before check-in. During this process, you’ll choose between a $35 non-refundable damage waiver or a $1,000 refundable security hold. This works just like a hotel front desk asking for ID and a security deposit—only ours is online and takes just a few minutes on your phone. We do not make money from this; the fee goes directly toward insuring the stay against damage. This step helps protect both our guests and the property so everyone can enjoy a smooth stay.

Very comfortable beds - seriously one of the best night's sleep. Local tasteful decor throughout. Great use of space. Clean and well stocked of kitchen needs. Great location - 4 minute drive to old town and fairgrounds. Would rebook if available on future visits.

Thanks so much for staying with us Kaylynn! It was a pleasure hosting you and we'd love to welcome you back sometime in the future!
This house is exactly what we hoped. Clean, comfortable, beautiful and close enough to Main Street. (3-5 min drive). The host was very attentive, checking in periodically to answer any questions we may have had. We would absolutely book this house again!!

Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We’re so glad the home was exactly what you hoped for, and we would absolutely love to welcome you back anytime!
The house is very nice & clean & the beds are comfy. The neighborhood is an older neighborhood & to be honest we were a little skeptical at first, however, it is a very quiet little established neighborhood. The downtown area is super close as well. The homeowner was very quick with communication. We would totally stay here again.
This house was a sweet gem in Cottonwood. Very beautiful updated. It had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. All was nice and clean. Would definitely recommend.
Our family were very please with our accommodations in Cottonwood Arizona. The home appeared to be recently renovated, and tastefully decorated. If I had a negative, it would be with the cookware availability.
I highly recommend this property.

Thank you for the feedback, we are happy to hear you had a lovely stay.
I stayed with friends for a local motorcycle event. We absolutely loved the decor and layout of the home, and the location was about 1 mile form Main Street and our venue. I especially appreciated that the owner let us use the garage to park our motorcycles overnight! We would definitely recommend this beautiful home, and would stay again when we return for the event next year.

We look forward to hosting you again! Glad you were able to have a great stay.
This place was perfect for my Verde Valley getaway. It’s clear that it has been fairly recently updated, and kept very clean. Everything worked fine and the owners were very communicative when I needed it. I’ll definitely keep this on my list for the next time I’m in town.
We had a short stay of one night. I wish we could have stayed longer. The vibe we felt right when we walked in was very welcoming. The house is very clean, completely updated and seems practically brand new! I’ll definitely plan another stay at this property. The hosts were super nice and responded right away when I had a question. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

We are so glad you felt so comfortable and had a great stay Irene.
The home has been nicely updated and still has some elements of it's Jerome roots. It's well appointed with new appliances and comfortable beds/furniture. The Cottonwood location is perfect for getting around to so many different sites in northern AZ. Brindy checked in on us to see if anything was needed. If we decide to come back to this part of AZ again, we will definitely start with a check on this property for availability first.

4 star for check in was the security deposit website did not let me in the first times I attempted then did not accept my visa credit card security code? (tried repeatedly to enter…never have issues on other sites. We ended up needing to use my friends card to clear to proceed to check in info)

We are sorry you had issues with your payment, but we are pleased to hear you would stay here again! Thank you for your review.
For Spring Break this year our family decided to go to visit beautiful Sedona, AZ. Our goal was to find some where to stay that was close as well as affordable. With Casa Coconino we got both of those things and so much more. The house was beautiful and perfect for my family. There seem to be a lot of updates and everything worked perfectly. Oh and it was also close to Sedona (20 or so minutes) and a great price for the area. Could not have asked for anything better. Also, the restaurants in downtown Cottonwood were terrific!

Good
Master bedroom was a little dirty. But other than that was good
Usually pictures look better than the actual property. Not this home. It was everything we had hoped. The feel of the home is cozy & clean. Beautiful finishes and a great history with this home being brought to Cottonwood from Jerome after the mines closed. The surrounding homes are not as nice , but we still felt safe. Very close to Main St. and all the attractions. Short drive to Jerome and Sedona. Great location to visit Wineries or hike. Looking forward to my next stay!
