Overlooking one of Shipyard’s scenic golf courses, this refined retreat offers peaceful fairway views and effortless access to both the beach and pool. Thoughtfully designed with comfort and luxury in mind, the villa blends upscale finishes with relaxed coastal charm. It’s the perfect setting for families, couples, or friends seeking a polished island escape.
* Shipyard is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $45. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.

The place was great! Clean. As described. Location was close enough to walk to the beach. The beach gear the host provides is very helpful! Check in process was a breeze even though we arrived after business hours. Location was quiet and easy to find. We hope to be back!

Everything was exactly as described, but better! There was nothing negative to say about this place or host. Everything you could possibly need is available to use and the location was perfect for us. It is a short walk to the beach and an easy bike ride to Coligny Plaza. We have stayed in HH several times and this honestly was our favorite place. Clean, well decorated, quiet, and extremely well equipped is the best way to describe such a wonderful place!! I can't wait to return!!

The kitchen was a joy to cook in. There was a coffee bar with creamer, sugars, and syrups! Nice to enjoy coffee out on the deck overlooking trees and golf course. Every room was clean and all appliances worked perfectly. The owner/mgr provided excellent customer service. The pool, tennis courts and grounds are well maintained. We would highly recommend this property to family and friends.

Beach vacation

The property was well located and had reasonably easy access to the beach. When we first arrived, the floors were quite dirty, but the property management company took care of that issue and sent a cleaning crew in less than 24 hours, and on a Sunday no less. Overall, the property was nice for a week's stay and had all the amenities a family would need for a beach vacation. We had a nice time overall, and even got to see an alligator from the safety of our car. I do recommend that the property management company inspect the property after the cleaning crew has cleaned because apart from the floors being dirty, we found an empty pop tart wrapper behind the nightstand in one of the bedrooms! Who eats pop tarts or any other food in the bedroom?! The property's rules should be updated to include "no eating in the bedrooms"!

After chatting back and forth with the owner Melissa, I was sold on staying here. It was our first time in HHI so i was doing as mush research as possible. Melissa answered each and every question with experience and honesty. The condo was in one of the best areas on the island. We like our privacy and the feeling of being off the beaten track. Nicely tucked away. The condo is lovely and comfy. Everything one needs. We stayed for 9 days. Our only disappointment was the distance from the beach. Not close enough for us to walk comfortably but a 5 minute car ride. That was acceptable. If we go back to HHI this would be our absolute first choice for accommodations.

Perfect Place For Us

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Have been traveling to Shipyard for years. Loved staying in this unit. It had everything we needed for our family of 4.Things to note: we are parents with two older "kids" - 21 and 17. So, stairs were not a problem and neither was space or layout. We also eat in most meals so the well-stocked kitchen was a huge pro for us. We greatly appreciated all the supplies provided: the beach equipment, the extra detergent and trash bags, etc. Everything was new, clean and worked perfectly. Layout was great for us - enough room for all and with the deck we each managed to steal away for moments of privacy as needed. Short walk or bike ride to closest beach though we loved loading up the car and driving to Burke's Beach as it's a personal favorite. Finally, we felt the property management did a fantastic job.

The owner spared no expense refurbishing this unit, right down to bedding, accent lighting in the kitchen and complimentary Tommy Bahama toiletries. We had a lovely family vacation at Hilton Head. This condo is located less than a 15 minute walk to the beach club and a little over a mile walk to the Pope Ave entrance and Coligny Beach Park. We rented bikes and bikes everywhere, including restaurants and shopping. The condo is in an older complex but is also well maintained, including the pool and tennis courts. Host2Coast manages the property and are very professional, attentive and accessible. The unit was very clean upon arrival. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

The kitchen was stocked and all cleaning products were provided, including laundry detergent. We were so happy with the furniture and bedding, and the bathrooms were very nice. There was a private beach club that we had access to, and anything we needed for the beach was in the condo, like towels, coolers, chairs and umbrella. We had a wonderful view from the balcony and the grounds are peaceful. It was a wonderful way to spend our time in Hilton Head!

Stunning Evian Villa in Shipyard!

Absolutely beautiful villa in Shipyard!! Completely updated, immaculate and well appointed. It had everything you need for the perfect vacation including beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and a wagon to put everything in for the short walk to the beach! The owner Melissa was wonderful! She was very friendly and responded quickly to any questions we had and gave us info and suggestions for the area. If you’re looking for the perfect place for your next getaway to Hilton Head, look no further!! We would definitely stay here again!!

Paradise found!!!

This villa is truly a small piece of paradise! I have been traveling to Hilton Head Island since I was a child and have stayed in many different locations on the island, but this location within Shipyard Plantation was just so beautiful and unique! It was one of the cleanest rentals I have ever stayed in; and I am quite discerning when it comes to cleanliness. It is located within a gated community, and is nestled amongst breathtaking trees adorned with Spanish moss, and alongside palm trees, beautiful flowers, and ponds. This is a lovely villa that is well-equipped and very relaxing. The villa is decorated with quality furniture, has island-inspired bed linens, and kitchenware that is in great condition. It is in a quiet neighborhood that is adjacent to a paved path that can take you to the beach via walking or riding bikes! The path is completely flat and paved, and is mostly shaded, so it is a leisurely 15-20 minute walk to the beach depending on your speed and agility. There are bike racks located directly in front of the villa, so it would be very convenient to rent bikes and take the short path to the beach that way; many of our neighbors rode their bikes to the beach and said it was a very relaxing ride! Additionally, a beach parking pass is included with the rental, which enables you to take the less than 5 minute drive to the beach and park with ease at the Shipyard Beach Club. Melissa, the owner, is extremely responsive, detail-oriented, and very organized. She was a joy to work with and made the entire stay enjoyable. This villa is truly an amazing find, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in a paradise-like setting within the Shipyard plantation! Also, here are some of our families can’t miss activities; catch a Shannon Tanner show in Shelter Cove, get some of the best ice cream in the world from Hilton Head Ice Cream, or have supper at Ruin Thai or Java Burrito:)

Perfect spot for a vacation to Hilton Head

If you’re looking for a paradise this is it. The house is immaculate with everything you’ll need , even a stocked coffee bar. Our only regret was that we didn’t book it for longer. Melissa was an excellent host. Easy to communicate with, sharing restaurant ideas (the Crazy Crab was our favorite) and touring tips. She also had beach chairs/toys to use which was great since we didn’t bring ours. We also loved the golf club community atmosphere with the ponds and wildlife to look at. The short drive to the beach was no trouble at all, and the beach was awesome. We even saw some stingrays and a pod of dolphins swim by while we were there ! We definitely will be coming back.

Perfect place for a your Hilton Head Island stay

What a lovely home! Our family of four had an amazing vacation in Hilton Head Island and this home was a key part of it. It's a newly renovated corner unit in a quiet part of Shipyard. Conveniently located a short bike ride to the pool or beach. The bedroom makeup is ideal for a family of four, especially if there is a large age difference between kids. Melissa (owner) was very communicative and quick to reply with any questions we had. Don't hesitate - just book it. We will definitely be staying again.
