1. The view from this unit is breathtaking. Located on the 4th floor of building #1 you can see the ocean and mountains from the kitchen or in the living room and enjoy the beauty of Maui from the lanai.

2. One of Maui's best beaches (Charley Young/ Kamaole 1 beach) is just across the street. Our unit is located in building 1 which is closest to the beach (note: this unit does not face South Kihei Rd.)

3. The condo is equipped with beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, and a cooler for your day at the beach.

4. The main bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning unit, a comfortable bed, ceiling fan and mirrored closet doors.

5. The kitchen is equipped with all your cooking needs, has clean granite counter tops and the living room has a 47 inch LCD TV.

6. Free wireless internet and free long distance to Canada and United states!!!!

7. Our condo is walking distance from many shops, restaurants, and grocery stores.

We enjoyed our stay in the condo very much. The kitchen was well stocked and we just had to add a few things to make things even more comfortable, but it was not a big deal. We love the location. The bed was super comfortable. The bedroom stayed cool with the air conditioner in there. The upstairs had fan so that was nice. The bathrooms are very nice. We really enjoyed our stay so much. We will return.

Great stay

The place is exactly as described in the pictures. The A/C has a hard time keeping up in late July with the heat, but it managed. We made some nice meals in the kitchen and enjoyed the property. Worth what we paid for the week we spent there.

Wonderful Location

Our family of 4 loved our stay here. The loft area was perfect for our kids, complete with its own bathroom. The location of the condo was wonderful. We walked to the beach for sunset every night. We would stay here again.

Affordable stay in good location

Property was okay. It wasn’t the cleanest condo ever but we made due. The location was good and half a mile to the organic grocery store and half a mile to the food truck oasis. Property had a few pools that were good and the beach was right across the street. It wasn’t expensive so I’d say you get what you pay for but it wasn’t over the top nice.

Perfect location

Perfect location. Cute condo for the family. Easy check in. Owners very easy to work with. Could use a deep clean. Was dried blood on bathroom cabinet and hair on shower wall from last visitors. Overall I would stay there again.

Dream Vacation in Maui

We stayed at this property for 8 nights with our 3 teens and one preteen. Although the condo is older, it was clean and well stocked. The location is fantastic, one of our favourite beaches just across the street. The complex is quiet and has great amenities. There were boogie boards, lawn chairs, tennis rackets etc... in the closet. The umbrella stand was there but no umbrella and a couple of the beach chairs were broken! Might be good for the owner to restock some things with newer items. The main bedroom mattress could be replaced and the lanai could use some freshening up. But overall we really enjoyed our stay, very comfortable for our family. Thank you!

Great stay at this property. -Very close to Charlie Young beach & walking distance to the main parts of Kihei. -The 3 pools were often empty for us to take our pick. -Having the washer and dryer in the unit was a game changer. -correspondence with the owners was very quick and they answered any questions

Great family time

This was the first trip with our blended family 3 adult children and 1 teen. The location was fabulous. Close to the beach, shopping and restaurant. Everyone had a wonderful time. It was a great bonus to have beach chairs and boogie boards available for our use. I would recommend this place to family and friends.

Excellent location. Condo acceptable, though a bit dated. No surprises, as condo condition was true to pictures and description. Overall it was exactly as we expected and we had a very pleasant stay. We recommend it for budget minded travelers as it was a very good value.

Location was great and the unit set up was good. The only issue we had was the linens in the pull out couch were filthy and the replacements were also dirty in the closet. When you arrive after 4 PM (check in time) it’s frustrating to have to do laundry. Otherwise it was good.

Great time!

It was perfect for our family size, two kids and two adults. The loft upstairs with the bathroom was perfect for our boys. The only downfall was in the downstairs bedroom, it would get a little warm at night due to no AC. Also, the ceiling fan was not working in the bedroom. Overall, it was good! We enjoyed it!

Great Place to Stay

The condo is super convenient to the beach, shopping and restaurants all within walking distance. The condo is comfortable. And has a lot of beach equipment we used and was helpful to mot to have to buy or rent. A couple of suggestions would be to get A/C in the master bedroom because even with the 1 unit in the living room running it is still warm. Also the kitchen needs pot holders and a baking sheet. All other utensils were provided. The washer and dryer came in really handy after beach days. Overall it was a great place to stay.

We stayed Dec 21 through Jan 3. This is our 3rd stay at the Maui Vista and thoroughly enjoy this property for location. While there are a few suggestions, i.e AC needed in the master bedroom along with a deep clean of the unit, our overall experience is one that is highly recommended. Rommel is a fantastic owner that is not only accommodating but very quick in response time. We are already looking forward to our 20/21 stay. Until we meet again Kihei. XO

Good Value

Good value property that provides everything you need and more. The property features, ample parking, multiple pools, elevators to reach upper levels, good variety of TV channels, good views from front room and balcony. What’s missing or could make it better. TV’s in Master bedroom and possibly upstairs. Layout map of property, we went to the wrong pool the first couple times wondering why our key wouldn’t work, other guest let us in. After a couple days we went to security and advised them of our inoperative pool key only to find out we had a much closer pool that our key did fit. I guess as a final comment I would say we would stay again.

Great location and top floor with view

The property had everything you needed down to dishwashing soap and laundry detergent! Our family of four had a memorable stay here for total of 4 nights. The kids enjoyed their own private loft room upstairs with bathroom. Rommel was quick to respond with our questions even over Christmas day. We had issues with wifi connectivity during our 4 night stay (which wasn’t a big deal) and were directed to manager for assistance. We loved that the condo was well equipped with the essentials. The condo was right across the beach, and we had use of beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels...basically the only thing you need to purchase is food. And speaking of food, the condo was strategically located near markets like Foodland, which allowed us to get everything we needed for all of the nights we stayed. Wonderful place with great accommodation. We would definitely come back!

Good location but needs some love

We rented this condo for 7 night for a family vacation. The location was very nice the layout of the condo was ok. The bedding was terrible and the beds were very uncomfortable. We actually thought about leaving early because we slept so bad on the queen bed not to mention the ceiling fan not working in that same room. Unfortunately most of the beach equipment was broken or missing so we ended up needing to buy or rent what we needed after renting a condo that said it was provided. We also had no soap or shampoo in the downstairs bathroom but ended up bringing our own and finally the smoke alarm and door lock broke well we were there which was frustrating. With all of that said it was a great location and we did enjoy the quick walk to the beach.

Military style check in

We have been coming to Maui for 40 years and the check in here SUCKED HARD. The security guard seemed like he really wanted to be in charge as his tone of voice about the 4 oclock checkin exaxtly at 4pm and demanding an answer about parking between the lines. And smoking only in designated area and no weed smoking. I told him i dont smoke and Mahalo. I will never stay here again those 2 security guards need a life. The shaved head 40 year old white male and im busy looking at my phone. And the other older filipino demanding an answer about parking between lines. Maybe loosen your man bun so your not such an A** hole. The lady security guard was more the speed visitors are greeted with Aloha...

Needs a little love

The bedroom is soo hot never cools down and the bed is not comfortable I recommend a new mattress and new bedding (Costco has great stuff and not too expensive). When we checked in they had the oven set on CLEAN CYCLE(unbelievable!!) so we had to get out of there the place never did cool down that night( we slept on the hid-abed)!! Such a disappointment!! The floors were really dirty as well. Other than sleep comfort and the dirty floors I loved Maui Vista the location, the little pools were awesome & close to the beach. Also the kitchen was well equip with all the needs for cooking and the chairs and cooler were a great touch definitely stuff that makes for a perfect beach day! I would have gotten past the dirty floors and the hot room if the bed and bedding was better I feel that IS THE MOST IMPORTANT thing in a stay. We paid for NO SLEEP!!
