The space
More about key areas of our Beach Retreat Coastal Castaway:
• 1st floor suite: This space includes a queen-size bed. Additionally, a Cindy Crawford love seat *(pullout is NOT FUNCTIONAL) are provided for guests to use as needed. Max 3 guests. We can provide a blow-up mattress if asked.
• Main Living area: Perfect for entertaining and large family gatherings. There is enough seating for all guests on the comfy couch and deep kings chairs in the living area, dining table seating 6 and the bar chairs seating 5. *Queen sleeper available if asked.
• Kitchen & Dining: Fully stocked kitchen + coffee bar with all the goodies (pots and pans, silverware and plates/cups/bowls for all your needs) we have a crockpot too, that includes a dining table that can easily accommodate up to 6 people.
• Bedrooms: In addition to the sleeping area in the Studio-suite, 2nd floor has a primary bedroom with King bed and ensuite bathroom with walk-in closet. On the 3rd floor, the kids gaming loft with one twin/full bunk, one full size bed and 1 brand new day bed (if needed we have 2 queen sleeper inflatable mattresses available by request only) sleeping up to 10. Loft has a walk-in closet and another full bath with dual sinks. All floors have extra bedding and pillows available.
• Bathrooms: Each floor has a full bathroom with walk-in shower or tub/shower combo.

Outdoor Area & Other Amenities:
• Two balconies off the living area – wrap around balcony on the 2nd floor and one off the 3rd floor has breathtaking sunset & ocean views, both offer comfortable spots to enjoy the ocean breeze. The balcony off the 2nd floor has seating for 4, and the balcony off the 3rd floor has seating for two.
• The studio lock-out/efficiency has a relaxing outdoor spot at the back of the unit with two additional chairs as well as two chairs and table under the carport area. There is beach toy storage under stairs with all the beach gear and toys you could want.
• The community clubhouse has a pool (not heated) and a hot tub, bathroom and a shower rinse-off. (Not responsible if pool or hot tub not useable-ran by HOA) are located within a few steps from the unit and are open year-round. Bathroom code is 7878. Closed at 10 pm.
• High speed Wi-Fi is complimentary for the duration of your stay.
• Washer/Dryer is available in the townhome and located on the 2nd floor for guests.

Location:
• The unit is located less than 300 steps from the nearest Panama City Beach access (Access #76B). You will find the beaches here to be a lot less crowded, much cleaner and more family friendly. That's why we love it.
• There is parking available for up to 2 vehicles (maximum three and please indicate how many vehicles) under the unit. More parking is available at the end of the driveway (please contact host if more than 2 cars)
• For more family fun, you will find popular attractions, high-end shops, restaurants, and entertainment at Pier Park, Gulf World, Shipwreck Island Waterpark, Ripley's Believe it or Not, and more within a 10 min driving distance from the unit. *also see the guidebook with all our favs!

House Rules:
* Must be at least 21 years old to make reservation - exceptions can be made.
• Absolutely no pets allowed in the home per HOA.
• No smoking on premises inside
• No gatherings outside of the group that has rented the property for their stay. No large or loud parties are allowed. We have full-time owners who live on site and we do not want to cause any inconvenience to them. HOA also lives on-site.
• Check in is at 4pm, check-out is at 10am. Front door locks are programmed for this time, so please plan your stay accordingly. *Special requests can be considered during off-peak times. Please contact host.
Outdoor ring cameras and flood lights are installed for guests' security and are monitored and recorded also placed in common areas. NOTHING allowed in the hot tub.

Guests will have access to the entire townhome (only shares one wall) with two private parking spaces, 2 full kitchens, and access to the pool & hot tub clubhouse with bathrooms & showers. Please help us keep our place safe and clean.
Other things to note
Our townhome is 15 miles from the PCB airport, 45 miles from Destin airport, located on the west end of PCB where this is more of a community feel and a much quieter area than Pier Park. Pier Park and shopping within 3 miles. Within walking distance of convenient stores & restaurants. FREE high-speed Wi-Fi, new smart TV's & will provide in our guidebook some great "not to miss" attractions, rentals, groceries, restaurants & more!
