This property is perfect for family reunions, birthday parties and graduation parties.
There is a large pavilion with an attached kitchen(stove & refrigerator) and men's & women's restrooms.15 acres of secluded beauty located just outside of the Fredonia Village limits in the Town of Arkwright, NY. The center of the property is a 5 acre field. It is located 5 minutes from NYS Thruway exit 59, Walmart, fast food and other shopping.
There is an above ground pool with a deck.

Land

Perfect place for a family reunion/graduation/class reunion. People could relax out of sun under the pavilion, enjoy some yard games or swim in the pool. It was nice to have a kitchen there as well to use and bathroom facilities.

The property used to be an American Legion picnic grounds. Local families and organizations used to rent it for stags, reunions, birthdays and graduations.
