This was our 3rd visit to Glen's mountain home. Each time we have greatly enjoyed the location, the feel of the house, the screened porch with the fireplace, and the walkable path to a nearby stream and community store.

Super clean and updated home in spectacular area of Black Mountain. Aside from the beautiful home, well equipped with all one might need, our favorite aspect was the proximity to gorgeous walking trails with tranquil streams and easy paths around and across them. Cheshire Village was an unexpected delight and an easy walk to the market and several delicious restaurants. The host was also very responsive and helpful during our week long stay. We’d definitely stay here again.

Black Mountain Fun

The condo was in a great location for us (between the hikes on Blue Ridge Parkway and Asheville), it was very clean and comfy. It was perfect for our stay!

Thanks for your kind words Elizabeth, just want to remind our future guests that the house is not a condo, it's a townhouse. Not sure if that makes a difference to anyone, but perhaps it does.

The best place ever

This was one of the best places we’ve stayed in with VRBO. Beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. Location was very convenient for exploring surrounding area. Black Mountain is a really charming town with good restaurants and great little shops. We will definitely come back.

Glen is an outstanding host with a superb home. Location was quiet, warm, and spacious. Could not be in a better location to experience Asheville, Henderson, Chimney Rock and Black Mountain all in 3 to 4 day trip. Looking forward to another future stay at this location.

Beautiful Home!

This home is perfect for a stay near Asheville. It was so comfortable, clean, and beautiful. Everything is brand new and we lacked nothing. It is decorated so nicely! We enjoyed many hikes daily and a trip to the Biltmore Estate. It is a lovely place to stay for a getaway trip!

Perfect Family Getaway

Comfortable, clean, and spacious home for a weekend getaway with the family! The screened in porch was our favorite place to hang out. The two large King sized beds were a rare and great feature as well. Glen was a lovely and responsive host. Would recommend this property to anyone!

This is a great comfortable place. Lots of space, convenient layout, comfortable beds, very organized and thought out. Great experience with communication from owner. Respectful, timely. I give it 5 starts. It’s a safe convenient location.. quiet peaceful neighborhood, with dog Nextdoor but that just makes it feel more like home. Good neighbors.
