Mar Vista Grande is a premier oceanfront condo resort from Thomas Beach Vacations. Choose these deluxe oceanfront or ocean-view three- or four-bedroom condos. You'll be right in the heart of North Myrtle Beach and just a few short blocks from the shops, cafes, and clubs of Ocean Drive's Main Street. You'll have plenty of family fun in the resort's pool complex - indoor and outdoor hot tubs and pools, a kids' pool, and a lazy river ride. There's a poolside bar, a business center with Wi-Fi, plus a fifth-floor spa and health club/workout center.

Tropical touches and colorful landscaping help put you in the proper vacation frame of mind. Each condo has three full baths, a well-designed kitchen, a washer and dryer, and more. Plus, there's a nice grill area for beachside cookouts.

Free resort-wide Wi-Fi is provided so you can stay conveniently connected while on holiday. Enjoy a seaside winter this year. Several condos have reasonable off-season monthly rates from November through March. Motorcycles, golf carts and/or trailered vehicles are not permitted.

Excellent location beautiful views great condo. However they have cleanliness issue with whoever is cleaning the unit. All of the furniture on the balcony had not been cleared for quite awhile and there was long hair stuck onto the shower wall in one of the bathrooms plus fingernails clipping still on floor in same bathroom. As much as they charge for renting this is totally unacceptable to fine these items we had another bathroom to use but it is not very what you should accept

Beautiful

This property is beautiful from the building and common areas the condo itself to every pool and hot tub. Everything was beyond clean…Walkable to shops and restaurant but not a far drive to other amenities… wonderful family vacation spot.
