The perfect location! 2 kings, 1 full bunk, and more. Beach gear and corn hole! Less than a mile or short walk from shopping and dining including a Walgreens, Publix, Mr. Bones BBQ , Skinny's famous burgers and more. Plenty of parking, bring your boat! Public boat launch less than a mile away.

Every Island attraction is right at your fingertips during your stay here. Whether you want to sink your toes in the soft white sands on the beach, or pause to watch the sunset over the tranquilly Gulf of Mexico Ocean, you'll only have to walk a short distance. Come and experience for yourself why Anna Maria Island is considered Florida's hidden gem!

The free Island Trolley is ready to take you to the north end of the island to visit the village of Anna Maria, where two historic piers offer opportunities for fishing and dinning. Shops restaurants, galleries, and even a museum and community theater can also be found on the north end of the island.

Holmes Beach, you can get off the Trolley to enjoy more excellent shops and restaurants, as well as a marina, library, free community tennis courts, and several gyms open to visitors.

You will also want to explore the rest of Bradenton Beach. Historic Bridge Street was once the location of the very first bridge to the mainland. Today's Cortez Bridge is a fun place for shopping, dining, live music, a weekly open-air market (in season), fishing, and even miniature golf!

Beach trip with family

We had a lovely stay at this rental! Kids loved proximity to beach and places to go. Easy check in and out. Owners communicated very well. Nice stay on AMI!

Great location

Wonderful location, nice house, easy access to the beach. We had a great week of vacation! The only hiccup was our check in, which was figured out. Communication with Landon was great during our stay.

Holmes Beach

We absolutely loved our stay as the location was perfect. Close to the beach and restaurants, with trolley stops nearby and the house was spacious and very clean. We can't wait to come back next year!

Great location, beautiful beach

This house is in a great location! Close proximity to stores & restaurants. Short (1 block) walk to beach access. This was our first time visiting this area on the gulf & the beach was beautiful. House was very clean upon arrival. Bedrooms were spacious. Bathrooms are tight. It might be helpful to have some window coverings or blinds on the front/back doors to help keep the house cool during the day. Owner was very responsive & accommodating when contacted.
