New take on Modern Mid century

Brand new construction home with a modern mid century twist. This home is centrally located to the downtown area of Tallahassee. Located 5 miles from FSU stadium and 8 miles from FAMU campus. Only Minutes from the Midtown restaurants and nightlife. This home provides four bedrooms two bathrooms, It can sleep up to eight people. It also has a screened in back porch and an electric fireplace if you’re in the mood. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from the centrally located home. This home has parking for three vehicles but there is additional parking on the gravel road in the area marked in red refer to pictures in the listing.

The home was very clean and the host provided all the information I needed to have a smooth check in and checkout. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Tallahassee for a football game, graduation or to see friends and family.

Great Girlfriend Reunion!

This home is very comfortable for a group visit! The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. It was close to FSU's campus and a quick drive to the store and restaurants. We all want to return next year!
