Welcome to our modern bungalow. A unique, spacious, custom-built oasis located minutes from the heart of historic downtown and Wrightsville Beach. The soaring ceilings, abundant natural light, mature landscaping, in-ceiling speakers, and organic furnishings foster a naturalistic, serene environment. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. Restaurants, river walk, nightlife, and shopping are 5 minutes away. Wrightsville Beach is just 15 minutes down the road.
The space
This space is remote work friendly, equipped with two desks and high-speed WiFi. Mature gardens surround the house, fostering a cozy, private environment. The outdoor patio provides the ideal ambiance for relaxed outdoor dinning. Designed, built and styled by a West Coast couple, we've poured our hearts into creating a truly soothing place to unwind. Our historic neighborhood is quiet and family friendly. We expect guests to respect the quiet hours. This is not the space for parties or loud groups. We allow 1 pet to join you. Please list your pet as part of the reservation. We own a friendly Labrador and need to be aware of other animals that will be on the property. A small pet fee will be charged to cover additional cleaning costs associated.
