In this private, pastoral setting, you'll have a beautiful yard, gorgeous views of the trees, and fantastic access to nearby villages, harbors, beaches, and scenic drives.

This two-story woodland home sits less than three miles north of downtown Wiscasset, a picturesque town on the Sheepscot River with an assortment of cute shops, restaurants, and seafood shacks. It's a great place to relax and stay put but it's also perfect for exploring, with Boothbay Harbor (15 miles), Bath (15 miles), the Pemaquid Point Lighthouse (24 miles), Popham Beach (29 miles), Rockland (36 miles), and Camden (39 miles) all within easy striking distance.

The home's natural setting is beautiful in every season, but it's the long summer days you'll spend outside in the yard. Sip your first cup of coffee among the trees each morning and gather on the patio for afternoon barbecues on the gas grill.

The heart of the house is the lofty living room, where you can flip on the gas fireplace, unwind on the soft sectional, and marvel at the view of the forest through floor-to-ceiling windows. There's a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining room for nightly dinners and board games, and a smart TV to stream your favorite movies. A private washer/dryer and complimentary WiFi are provided as well.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
