Our stay was wonderful from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and easy, and check-out was just as seamless. The vacation rental was well-equipped with everything we needed, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.Osvaldo was an excellent host—friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with whenever we had a question. The kitchen was spacious and very well stocked. It has a very nice dining table set with six chairs and lovely views from the kitchen windows. The shared balcony is quite pleasant overlooking the chicken coops that shelter several chickens.The one bathroom is quite small with very little room to put toiletries and the shower fixture takes getting used to.The beds are very comfortable for all ages.It is very quiet and in a good location next to the river and an easy walk downtown.

Ozzy was fantastic to work with. Very kind and responsive. The apartment was very clean and put together. The space was very comfortable for our family of five. The kitchen was convenient with lots of amenities. And the location was a great launching point for our travels into Maine, New Hampshire, and various spots across Massachusetts. We would definitely stay there again.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The unit itself is great—very spacious with plenty of room for our family of five. The large eat-in kitchen was a big plus, and having two large bedrooms gave everyone plenty of space. The location is also excellent: tucked away just enough to feel off the beaten path, while still being only about two minutes from Main Street.When we arrived, it was clear the unit had not been cleaned after the previous guests. I messaged the host, and to his credit, he responded immediately and was there within minutes to take care of it. We really appreciated how quickly he addressed the issue.One thing future guests should know: be prepared for quite a few stairs! Aside from that, the space, location, and responsiveness of the host made for a good stay overall.

Location was perfect and the apt. Was very clean and was great for myself, my daughter, and her 3 kids. We did have numerous power outages which came back on immediately. Hot water was in short supply in mornings for showers. However, these few inconveniences were of little concern. Thank you for a wonderful stay in a beautiful town!
