Great stay! 4.5 stars because of one thing

Our second time at Casa Jardín was great! The facilities were clean, location great, and staff responsive if we needed anything. The 1/2 star is because the A/C didn’t go below 72. I am postpartum and run incredibly warm and had a hard time sleeping because I was so warm.
Response from VrboOwner on 30 May 2024
Thank you for your detailed review and for choosing to stay with us for a second time. We're thrilled to hear that you found our facilities clean and our location convenient. Your comments about our responsive staff are also greatly appreciated. We understand your concern about the air conditioning; however, our AC works excellent and is most likely due to a setting. Your feedback is valuable to us and we will look into ways to improve the temperature control for our guests. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future and provide an even better experience.

Great place to stay!

Great location! We walked everywhere, didn’t need to rent a car. A couple blocks from State St and other side streets with great restaurants and shopping. I took a 15m drive to Summerland and Montecito one day and loved the area and shopping there. The room is clean and easy to get in to. Nice and bright at night, feels safe. The room looked as described. We stayed in a smaller unit, it was all we needed but if you’re someone with a lot of clothing or needing a little space from your travel partner, I would suggest a larger room. We were on the lower level. I had read that some people experienced issues with exterior noise but we didn’t have any issues at all. Great spot! We will definitely stay here again.
Response from VrboOwner on 29 July 2024
Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We're thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the location and found our place to be a convenient base for your explorations. We're also glad that you felt safe and comfortable in our unit. We appreciate your suggestion on choosing a larger room for guests with more belongings or those desiring more space. It's great to know that you didn't experience any exterior noise issues. Your positive feedback is a true testament to our dedication to providing a great stay for our guests. We can't wait to welcome you back to Zipstay in the future!
