Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located historic home. This 1830s cape is classic coastal Maine with lots of charm! Spacious backyard and deck for lounging, games, and activities. Great location to visit charming Wiscasset, Boothbay Harbor, Damariscotta, Bath, & 45 min to Portland.

2 bedrooms- 1 king and 1 queen and an office for working remotely (with a queen size air mattress for additional guests).

Just 1 mile from downtown Wiscasset and the waterfront!

Please note the property is on the main road which means easy access, but is not totally secluded. However, the backyard and deck are completely private. Additionally, for accessibility concerns- there are a handful of steps to get up from the driveway to the house.

Summer Getaway

This house is just as its title says, quaint and cozy. Older home that has been updated with some modern touches but also keeps the rustic look alive, which we loved. This house is ideally located. 20-25 minutes from Boothbay Harbor and all it's seaside activities. Would definitely stay again.

Clean, comfortable house in Wiscasset

Having a whole house to ourselves was wonderful. It’s decorated pleasantly and has a pretty well stocked kitchen with implements, basics like olive oil, a knife block, etc. The backyard and deck are beautiful. It’s right next to a busy road, so it’s not the quietest place, but it’s very comfortable and very clean.
