This home has 3,800 sq feet with 3 bedrooms, 12-15 minutes driving to downtown Louisville.
Close to restaurants, pubs, bars, Louisville zoo, Bardstown road.
2 car garage, beautiful deck and backyard. Very safe area in town in a quiet neighborhood. The bedrooms and the two full bathrooms are located on the second floor. Living room, dinning room, one half bathroom, kitchen and two sunrooms are located on the first floor. The entrance is through the garage which makes it easier on the guests.

Derby time

Everything was great. Beds were comfortable, HVAC worked well, and house was nice and cozy. The communication with property manager was easy as well. We would stay there again for sure.
