Nice Family Gulf Condo in Small Complex

Enjoy the top floor view of spectacular sunsets over the gulf of Mexico from the balcony. Great gulf views from the living area, balcony and master bedroom. Beautiful sandy beach just steps from the pool. Heated pool and hot tub with cabana/bathrooms and 2 gas grills. Under building parking and easy access to elevator.
Unit is on 5th floor (top floor) this allows great views and limits noise in unit.
Sand castle north is a small 16 unit complex in the center of Indian Rocks Beach. You can walk to several restaurants, Convenience store and surf shop are across the street.
This is an ideal place for families or anyone desiring an easy going vacation. If you become bored with soaking in the sun, walking on the beach or swimming, take a short trolley ride to Clearwater beach, St Pete's beach or St. John's Pass . Busch Gardens is 35 miles away and Orlando amusement parks are a 1 hour 50 minutes drive.

Smart TV's in living room and all bedrooms, wireless high speed internet, washer and dryer in unit and fully equipped kitchen. Beach chairs are available for your use along with some beach toys. Pack and play available as portable crib for people traveling with babies. Also have high chair.

Linens including beach towels are provided. Basic essentials such as toilet paper, facial tissue, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, garbage bags are provided.

We purchased the property Jan 2013, Our goal is to provide a family friendly beach rental.

We have stayed at this wonderful place many times and love it even more each time we stay here. The condo is clean and has everything we need and the beach, pool and hot tub are delightful! Wish I lived in this condo!

Amazing place to stay!

The condo is filled with everything you need for a great week at the beach! Lots of food choices close by also. Lots of chairs and umbrellas to use. Beautiful views and sunsets!!

We stayed in this home in July. It is so cute! Plenty of room for the 5 of us. It has covered parking and a pool and hot tub. Neither were ever crowded any time we used them. I loved sitting on the balcony and watching the sunset over the water. The home had everything we needed and more. There are a numbed of restaurants and shopping right across the street. We had a great time and would love to stay here again!

This Gulf coast top floor condo is a wonderful place to relax. Everything you need is included, including beach chairs, umbrellas and fabulous sunsets! Great restaurants just a walk away. Highly recommend!

This is a very wonderful place to stay. So many things within walking distance—-IRB Creamery, Zen Yoga and Massage, market, great restaurants, and absolutely beautiful ocean view. Interior decorated lovely. Had great charging stations and was nicely stocked with many amenities.

Sister’s Reunion

Perfect place to have everything you need! We met together from three states to enjoy the sun, beach and spending time together with our family. The condo was well stocked in the kitchen, had plenty of towels, beach towels (and beach toys), games, puzzles, heated pool and hot tub overlooking the Gulf, and front row seat to beautiful sunsets!Debbie was quick to respond and did everything she could to make our stay enjoyable.We would love to return!

Indian Rocks Beach

This condo is in a great location with easy access to multiple restaurants. We saw dolphins from the balcony one morning, while having our coffee. There are so many family activities within a short drive of this condo. We visited Honeymoon Island for the first time, which has great walking trails and beaches.

Great memories were made this week

My grandson and I had a great stay. The condo was immaculate and well stocked. We never had to buy any essentials. The beds were comfortable and it was so easy to communicate with the owners. It was very simple to check in and out and the location was wonderful. Will definitely be back!

Wonderful Week!

My family and I had a wonderful week staying at this property. Most anything you could possibly need was provided by the host. Great communication with quick responses to all questions we had. Beautiful views from the balcony of the beach, and the pool and hot tub were great assets ! Great location and easy to walk around the area and to get to other nearby beaches. The only downside was the beds were harder than we are used to, but I would definitely stay again!

Hidden Treasure

Nestled between Clearwater and St. Pete, this quaint hideaway was perfect for three people who were looking for a secluded beach/pool scene. Quiet nights and equally quiet afternoons spent reading in a nearly private resort were just what the doctor ordered. Combine that with a never ending selection of fabulous eating choices and you can well imagine a paradise found in few other locations. This resort will definitely have a special place in our “favorites “ file! 😎

We loved this condo! It was very comfortable, had a great central location, and had lots of extras that made our stay easier, like beach, laundry, and kitchen supplies. The beach towels were a big help too! The condo has a beautiful view from the balcony, and we really enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and beach access. We'd definitely stay again! In my daughters words, "It was very awesome and nice." Thanks for everything!

Beautiful Sunsets in a Comfortable Setting

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this very comfortable condo. There were plenty of beach toys for the grandkids! The apartment is spacious and well equipped. The building is quiet, but near to restaurants, pharmacy, grocery store and ice cream shops. The sunsets are spectacular! The only disappointment was the pool, which was not maintained properly, and therefore we didn't use.

The perfect vacation.

Me and my family had an absolute fantastic stay here in Indian Rocks Beach. This apartment is amazing. Everything is just as nice as the pictures show. The view from the balcony is really nice looking out over the gulf of Mexico. We saw dolphins every day. The owners were very serviceminded and really made sure that everything was to our satisfaction. Thank you so much Mr and Mrs Rasmussen for letting us stay at your beautiful place. Great Place

This was a great place to stay! Everything was as it appears on this website. Debbie and Chuck were very friendly and communicated very well. The condo had everything we needed. Pack n Play, high chair, and beach/pool toys and chairs for everyone. The condo was especially quiet. It is just outside of the touristy areas and is in a great location to some excellent restaurants. Fresh linens were ready for us when we arrived and having a washer and dryer came in handy. They provided all the necessities for what you would need. Couldn't thank them enough and I'm sure we will be back. Thanks!

Summer Holiday

This condo was great, had all the amenities that you could want or need. Very much a well cared for home from home. Condo, pool and grounds well cared for and clean, with the proximity to the beach very convenient for morning runs and walks. very much a relaxing holiday and you could be as active as you wanted or needed to be. Short and easy 25 mile drive from Tampa, so convenient for theme parks etc, although we didn't take advantage of that part. Good restaurants within walking distance, and would highly recommend Guppy's and Keegans, along with Caddy's Pub and Jimmy Iguanas both a short drive away. Thanks very much for your hospitality and your prompt and helpful communications, before during and after the holiday.

Fun in the sun

This is the second year we have stayed at the condo. Our third stay is already in the books. The location and view are amazing! My friends and I enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the gulf with the sounds of the waves rolling in. Diane and Chuck’s place is clean and well appointed with everything you may possibly need. The only glitch we encountered on our trip was the elevator breaking down. Diane was very responsive and sympathetic. She kept us informed and updated throughout the repair. Aside from the elevator we had another fantastic vacation in IRB and can’t wait to return!

Home away from home!

Great location! Away from the touristy parts, but very close and easy to get to those locations. The unit itself is the most stocked unit we have ever rented. The host has thought of absolutely everything you will or may need while staying there. From the littlest things like envelopes, cooler- including ice packs for the cooler, an air pump, extra toilet paper, bar soap, beach towels and chairs, wagon, beach accessories- I could go on and on! The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of everything. You may want to checkout the supplies before heading to the grocery store- we had several items that were taken back to Walmart due to the unit already had them. The local restaurants that are within walking distance are very good! Groupers has a delicious Cuban sandwich and the grouper sandwich is quite yummy too! The suncoast trolley is very easy to use and runs right infront of the building with the trolley stops to either side of the buildings. The only thing that is in need of attention is the living room couch and recliner, they are quite worn . Other than that, we really enjoyed our time at this unit and would highly recommend it!

We live in a small town in central Minnesota and hope to retire to the gulf coast some day. We love the area and have spent some time every winter on the gulf since our children were young. They are all now adults and we now have grandchildren which we enjoy taking to Florida.

Why they chose this property

Clean, attention to details that make it nice for renters. We had been renting condos in Florida by the week for several years. This is the type of condo we were always looking for

What makes this property unique

We bought unit in 2013 and every year since then we have done a major update, new flooring, new windows and patio doors, new kitchen, new laundry area.
