Steps From the Beach! Downtown Rehoboth Beach
This Ocean View Studio is located on the 2nd floor on the North Side of the building. This unit offers and open kitchen, Queen murphy bed, a Queen pull out sofa and a keurig.
This unit is not pet friendly. Saturday-Saturday rentals only during season. Linens towels can be purchased at an additional cost. Renters must supply their own paper products.
Check in is between 2 and 5pm. Check out is 10am Sharp! This unit comes with 1 covered parking spot in the garage. If you need more parking, you can purchase a Rehoboth Beach town permit to park in any of the non-metered spots.
Building turns the AC on May 1st and turns it off Oct. 1st.

Evidently it was streaming and we could not get local channels. The management helped us as much as they could but the options for the TV were less than ideals especially on a rainy day when a person wanted to watch TV.
