There are 3 additional bedrooms that share another full bath.

One Queen bedroom with private pool access and two twin bedrooms with 4 twin beds in total, sleeping a maximum of 8 guests total.



For guest convenience there is a full size, interior washer and dryer and Air conditioning throughout the home.

There is a shopping plaza located at the entrance of the community, which includes a supermarket, bank, post office, pharmacy, dentist, petrol station, dry cleaner, hairdresser and takeaway pizza (with free delivery).
There is also a Wal-Mart and Lowe’s that is just south at Cagan’s Crossing and restaurants across the Highway in a newly constructed strip mall. US Highway 192 is famous for the many unique souvenir shops, miniature golf courses, including Orange Lake Golf Club designed by Arnold Palmer and restaurants that are too numerous to mention!

Required to sign the rental agreement form. 2. Check-in to Villa: The official Check-in time is 4:00 pm unless the leasing contract has specified another time. 3. Check-out of Villa: The official check-out time is 10:00 am unless the leasing Agreement has specified another time in advance with fee. If there is anything damaged or you have anything to report, please call the management firm before you leave. Please be sure to check out on time with all furniture and villa finishing in a tidy and original location 4. Pool heat is additional fee if available. The pool heater is set up automatically between 9.00am and 9.00pm. But it might take up to 24 hours for the pool to reach the desired temperature depending on the outside conditions. Pool heating temperature in winter/colder months cannot be completely guaranteed.Pool heat is only available for the entire stay and must be requested and paid for at least 24 hours before check in. 5. BBQ Grill rental is available for additional prices. The grill comes ready to use with a full tank of propane. 6. Garbage Collection: All Trash must be placed in 13-gallon trash bags, all cardboard should be broken down, please avoid placing liquids inside the bin, do not leave loose trash inside the bin. Trash will be collected according to the community set up. Please use only sealed trash bags and take garbage out to a collection bin near front door to be taken away by local Service. 7.Villa phone service is provided to you with unlimited calls to the United States and Canada. This will be a self-catering house.


Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
