I would NOT recommend renting this place in the summer. It was 79-80 degrees in the room and opening the window and door would give some relief but being on the first floor we couldn't keep them open due to being vulnerable at ground level as there was some minor adjacent foot traffic. Everything else was fine but sweltering while trying to sleep sucked.

Awesome condo! Everything was great for our stay. Pinnacle made it so easy to check in & out. Loved the location being able to ski in, walk to town and the Gondola. Would definitely go back to Mountain Thunder Lodge.

Great location!

This is an ideal property for a skiing couple. The property is very clean, nicely furnished and a wonderful place to stay in all aspects. The garage parking, proximity to Main Street and mountain access are excellent.

Breckenridge - Mountain Thunder

This property was just as described, perfect for all our needs and very cozy. Location was convenient and within walking distance to Main St. Would recommend to others and would consider staying there again if in the area!!

Perfect couple size property

Park your car in the garage and leave it until your stay is done. Everything is pretty much walkable from this property, which is a huge benefit for the Breckinridge visitor. Great communication before, during and after our stay.It will stay on our 5 star list for sure!

Lovely spot in fantastic area

We were so happy with the location and proximity to the gondolas and downtown. This was our first trip to Breckenridge so we didn’t know what to expect. We also love that we could use the amenities at One Ski Hill Place and enjoyed relaxing in the grand hall during breaks from skiing. We also enjoyed the indoor pool, spa, billiards and bowling. Would definitely stay here again.

Superb studio for a small family

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this studio room. The king bed and pull out sofa were very comfortable. This unit is run by a management company, so the check in process was a bit different than we were expecting since we had to pick up the keys in Frisco, but it was basically on our way into town so it wasn’t an issue. The company was very attentive and available via text as needed. Recommend for a small family of 4 or less.

Skiing Breck Winter Vacation

I would highly recommend this rental for a group of 1-2 adults. Stayed at this property with myself and my wife and it was perfect size. It is a great location next to town. Easy walk into town and to the gondola for Breck skiing. Ski lockers awesome and fit everything for my wife and I. Communication with the property owner and property management company were excellent. A few recommendations based on our stay: 1) know that the keys need to be picked up in the town over (Frisco) which is on the way from Denver, but wish they could be picked up on site2) for those using the gondola to ski, just a heads up there is a tunnel that goes under the main road vs going up to the light and using the crosswalk. When you walk out of the property there is a small sign that says “tunnel to gondola”3) a property map of thunder mountain lodge and amenities would be nice. We tried to use the QR code on the back of the door but it sent us to a dead link 4) for those skiing from Breck, following the 4 o’clock run to the gondola parking lot is very nice but there is a small sign that says “Thunder mountain lodge.” When we turned there it was a self made path and we were unsure if this was the appropriate place to turn or to keep going because it put us in the back of the property vs up near the front entrance. Again, I am veryyyy please with the property, location, communication. Would 100% stay here and recommend others to stay here as well.
